Returned uninstall parts at beginning…

Returned uninstall parts at beginning of may 2026. i know the received parts and when ive inquired about refund their ai generated site goes into site under maintenance mode. this has happened twice now like they diverted my email so they didnt refund my money. how can a site like this operate and get decent reviews. all my inquiries were professional and as i checked back every day there was no response. buyer beware. there is no such thing as customer service for this site and no way to contact the IT department that runs the AI program for any resolutions for questions.

I ordered a motor from this company for…

I ordered a motor from this company for my washer it says easy returns great customer service support team. I received the motor 6 days later it was the wrong one. I emailed them more than a few times they refused to answer back I tried to use their support page very kind words respectfully requested refund it kept saying they couldn't accept it cuz it was threatening and I use vulgar words. Nothing Vulgar or nothing threatening and I was very kind so I wrote another one even Kinder and they kick back saying they couldn't accept it because threatening and rude language. Nothing close to that. it's a scam set up where you can't use their support line. I finally had one go through but they refused to answer back 2 months later still no answer I'm stuck with the motor I'm not going to send them the motor and return it until they reply to me now it's past 60 days and I'm stuck out. It's a rip-off scam site there's only four people that works at that company and they do not care about customer service at all and they have no telephone to contact them no way to get a hold of them. It's a straight rip-off company. They fully concentrate on just getting the part to you and after that they can care less what happens to the customers afterwards. I've tried countless times different ways trying to get a hold of them they refused to answer. No reply. I end up having to buy another one cost me $100 more online then what I paid for that.

Be aware! Bad Costumer service, you will never get your refund for a wrong part.

I purchased a part for my dryer, and it was supposed to be the OEM original parts, and it was not. BE-AWARE! You will never get your refund! There is no phone number provided to speak with a human. I sent multiple emails and they were ignored,
A refund for a returned or incorrect part is notoriously difficult. It seems the company refuses to accept returns on parts that were missed described or simply stops responding to inquiries.
I found out late that the company has a poor rating with the Better Business Bureau (BBB), with a high volume of unresolved complaints regarding refunds and wrong or miss advertised parts.

defective parts and poor customer service

I ordered replacement heating elements for my Jenn-Air stovetop. The small heating element had a hot spot that literally exploded and put a hole through my Paul Revere stainless tea kettle. I filled out a form for defective part and sent photos. I received an email stating a refund was being issued in 10-14 business days. I went thru the laborious process of contacting "support" who closed the ticket twice asking me to review the return policy. This wasn't a return but a defective item. Beware of defective parts and lousy customer service. This was a dangerous situation and they didn't offer an apology and I guess no refund either.

Parts Discount saved me a lot of money

The parts I received were exactly what I needed for the Kenmore clothes dryer. The prices were surprisingly inexpensive. The instructions were accurate. The delivery was quick. Best of all, following the instructions to replace the faulty parts on my clothes dryer saved me from having to purchase a new cloths dryer. Thanks Parts Discount!

I ordered an ice maker for my kitchen…

I ordered an ice maker for my kitchen aid refrigerator. At first I was really excited when it installed easily and started making ice quickly. The problem was it wouldn’t stop making ice. I contacted the company and they approved a warranty return. However it would cost me 22dollats to return the ice maker. Now for the best part. The wrong shut off arm was installed on the ice maker. Fortunately I kept the old ice maker and when I pulled it out I saw the arm was longer. I switched them and the ice maker is working as it should. If I had spent the money to send it back i would have probably had the same problem with the replacement. I was unhappy with not being able to speak with a person on the phone about the issue. Ordered the ice maker in early January and just found the problem in mid April. Perhaps if someone could have spoken with me they would have had some insight. I don’t see myself ordering from them again.

Absolute joke of a company

Absolute joke of a company! I was sent a damaged part that was obviously damaged prepackaging. I hired my neighbor, an appliance repairman to install the part and from the damage done, he believes a previous customer damaged it and they just put it back into their inventory. I failed to see the area for damaged parts and spent $16 of my own funds to return the part. I am now trying to get my return postage back but the only way to speak to anyone there is through chat. When I tried to file my initial complaint, I was barred from doing so as they claimed my language violated their terms. I tried to condense my complaint to as few words as possible and was accepted when I left out the reason for my request. Oh, and the photos have to be less than 1000 pixels in jpeg format. Unfortunately, as I have an iPhone 15 Pro Max my quality is too high so no pics to support my claim. I find this whole process to be insulting and a waste of my precious time in order to rectify the condition that they caused! I am hoping I can see my money refunded within a reasonable time frame but am not holding out hope as this ordeal has reached week three already. My best advice is to avoid these folks like the plague and do business with a reputable company. I would never consider dealing with this company ever again.

Disappointed

I purchased a icemaker motor from these folks for a Hotpoint Refrigerator. They had the part listed and I purchased it. I received the part and installed it but it was dead detective and wouldn’t turn. I filed a ticket (78897) for a replacement. I waited a few days and never heard back. So I looked on line at their website and without any notice to me or any explanation, it said the complaint was closed. I would be careful with these folks, their return/exchange policy is horrible.

You can't contact anyone.

Parts were sent and mail carrier sent it back. Delivery attempt was never made. They refunded the ticket but cannot talk, chat, or email anyone to find out why I can't buy parts. The website won't allow you to reply no matter what you type. It says, reply has inappropriate language. So I screenshot the message and it won't let me send it because it says I already have an open ticket but the ticket is closed with no option to reply. I would avoid this company at all costs.

Impossible to return an item

As many others have experienced, They make it impossible to return parts. Customer keeps dropping my claim as "resolved" I have not used the parts, just want to return them as they are NOT correct for my model. Customer service is terrible, and no way to call or email them. I have read many returned the parts and still did not receive credit months later.

PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY!!

In early January I ordered a part they said would fit, when it arrived it was way to big. Tried for weeks to contact them, which the only was is there so called 'tickets'. Either a double tale response, or no response. IMPOSSIBLE to email or call customer service. Will attempt Monday on last time entering a ticket. Looks like I will have to dispute the charge with Mastercard. I shipped the part back weeks ago, it was signed for, but still no contact or refund. IF YOU THINK YOU'LL NEED ANY TYPE OF CUSTOMER SERVICE, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Scam Business

A Scam Business. Purchased a part. Within minutes I realized it was wrong part. There is ZERO way to contact this business via phone or email. There is no way to cancel an order - you have to return it AT YOUR EXPENSE. I refused the package, and after it arrived back I asked for verification of return and a timeline in which I could expect a refund. I had to create an account, then follow a rabbit hole of links to finally find their “Create a Ticket” option. I let them know I would file for a chargeback if not returned. They responded with a snide comment about being “threatened” - and of course failed to answer my question. AVOID THIS BUSINESS.

Rude

Customer service was extremely unprofessional. I received a damaged product and requested a refund, but instead of resolving the issue, the company delayed the process and avoided accountability. There was no empathy or proper assistance provided. When I stated that I would contact my bank due to the lack of resolution, I was dismissed and even labeled as “emotional,” which is inappropriate and unacceptable. Because of their poor handling of this situation and refusal to take responsibility for their mistake, I am now forced to dispute the charge through my bank.

No customer service

No customer service. Partsdiscount changed my address for a delivery causing the delivery to be delayed. NO response to why the correct address and zip code was changed and since only the shipper could change the delivery address I had to track and pickup the package to the incorrect Post Office it was sent.

I ordered a rotor hub for my LG washer…

I ordered a rotor hub for my LG washer for which the old hub spline was worn down . The price was good but most importantly they offered a quick response albeit with a higher cost. To my surprise, the item was received 1 day early. I would have given them 4 stars based on that; howevertwo oth consideratins led me to a 2 star rating.

First, the part was received broken. One of the three cylindrical tabs used to aligne the part had broken off. I think due to shipping in a bad container. Instead of going through an exchange process which I anticipated losing all of my shipping fees, I supergled the tab. I hope the fix holds up. I subtracted a start for this.
Second, after I put the part in the washer, I got on the webpage, not for a refund or exchange, but to let them know they need to improve the packaging. THe webpage, though very pro-costumer frendly looking, was dificult to complete any communication with them. So I therefore, used the mail link from their email to send them my suggestion, but I got a failure notice that hte email could not be delivered. I took 1 star for this.
I am not goingto use them again.

Wrong part & they didnt reply

They sent me the wrong part -- not the one I ordered. I paid $60 for expedited shipping, but they did not send me the correct part. I had to go to an appliance store to get the correct one. Contacted PartsDiscount twice to get it fixed, but no reply.

I ordered parts and received incomplete and incorrect order went through process and they want me to pay to return parts that they messed up!!! Rude customer support! I still havent got correct parts no prepaid return label as their site states and they stole my money!!!!
