They scam people’s money! I signed for 6 months. I tried to cancel 1,5 months before the ending but then I learned that I should have canceled the membership three months in advance. They automatically renewed the membership for one more year and I had to pay, 1077 chf! I had to write them many times and call them that they would at least take off my profile because didn’t want anybody to see it. Very, very disappointed!!! Seems that they don’t have enough members because they have to force people to be members.

Worst dating app so far. Every man, even those 10 older and ugly fat men (me 50 athletic academic, well travelled and independant) say good bye immediately. Not a chance to meet anyone. Considering i paid a lot of money compared to free dating apps, it's a total scam and I even wonder how many of these men shown are fake. So in prison for 1 year on this app ( not possible to take a monthly subscription). Horrible!

However, a paying member doesn't know whether or not all those candidates are paying. In other words: a paying member can click his finger blue, if the other side is not paying it doesn't see/reed anything so nothing will happen. So in my opinion: emo scam. Imagine how desperate one can become because no matches are coming, not even knowing if the other side has seen him. Suppose: 1000 women in Meetic and half are not paying... So lot of room for improvement if Parship realy cares about its paying members.

Unlimited personal messages to each other to exchange, however, is reserved exclusively for our premium members. However, many of our members decide after this short test phase for a premium membership and can then respond to all messages received.

I choose a two year subscription for…
I choose a two year subscription for around 20€/month, which was acceptable at the time. When the subscription term was close to the end, I tried to terminate subscription and delete account, but it was impossible mission, due to indistinct and incomprehensible website (may be it is done intentionally to extort money). After I couldn’t terminate and delete account, I wrote the email for canceling subsciption, but got the reply they renewed the contract with a higher price!!!!! When I contacted the support and told them to cancel the contract they said I still have to pay for the full term. To make it worse, they said that I should have canceled 3 months before ONLY making it written, because my account doesn’t have an option to make it thru the website, WHAT? Then for what all these options in account setting? That’s is one more proof of extorting money. I agree with previous comments, that it’s a match making service, not a job contract or an apartment lease to give a 3 months notice!
I strongly advise against using this service. Their long and unclear terms of service in German is the evidence, that they are cheaters. It is impossible to cancel the plan, or delete account, they only want to grab your money!

This service survives on dark patterns
They offered me a one year subscription for around 25€/month, which I found acceptable at the time. When the year ended they renewed the contract without a notice for more than double the price around 65€/month. When I contacted the support and told them to cancel the contract they said I still have to pay for the full year. To make it worse, they said that I should have canceled 3 months before the contract ends, WTH!! It’s a match making service, not a job contract or an apartment lease to give a 3 months notice!
I strongly advise against using this service. Their long and unclear terms of service, that you have to agree to, employs dark patterns, and they will gladly hire debt collectors to chase you to force you to pay them their ridiculous and absolutely unjustifiable fees, instead of trying to win you as a customer.
Oh, and I almost forgot that canceling your plan is completely unreachable, it’s nowhere in your account’s settings, just another example of dark patterns they use to trap you.
