The worst company I have ever had the displeasure of interacting with! If I could give zero stars I would. Purchased an item as a gift in December. Changed my mind and opted to return it unopened and unused. It has been over two weeks since I requested a return authorisation and have not had this sent by the company. I am unable to return the item without the authorisation and details of where to send the item. People I speak to when I call give an excuse that their after sales team is responsible for returns. This team apparently has no direct phone number and does not reply to emails. I wish I had read the reviews on here before buying from them. The Parrot site appears genuine and one would think they are a reputable company, especially as they are stocked in some large retailers. Far from it! Do not buy from them if you ever wish to receive any form of after sales service. I wonder if I ever do get this return authorisation and send the item back to them if and how long it will take them to return my money!

UPDATE: I received the return authorisation details, sent the item back and as I feared my money was not refunded. Attempts to reach the after sales team proved futile. Called and asked to speak to a manager, was told they are a French company and the manager doesn't speak English. I said I was happy to speak in French to the manager and was told doing so would be a waste of mine and the manager's time. Luckily, I was able to obtain a refund through my credit card company. It's taken a total of two months to get this sorted. Parrot - a complete disgrace of a company!

When purchasing high end products you expect quality and good service, sadly this company delivers on neither point. I spent 400 euros on their Parrot Zik 2.0 and have had problems with the product from day one. I decided to live with the shortcomings of the Bluetooth connectivity but short battery life and faulty earbuds that have fallen apart makes this a very poor product and they have no plans in place to keep their customers happy by solving the problems with the product.

Although the products are great, the company post sales are terrible. When my Parrot Zik 3 failed to charge, it has taken 3 weeks for them to acknowledge they now have it in their 'logistics' department for verification.

Reasons given for not been done earlier,
1) Person was on holiday
2) It was a public holiday in france
3) Its not my role to know
4) It was the courier companies fault
5) We will soon look into it

I still dont have anything from them, and no response from email! I threw away £300 and now wish I hadnt! They are a terrible company, avoid buying from them at all cost!!!!

Tried payment from their website : server down
Called them : if you want to pay with a credit card you need to send them :
- utilitry bill
- copy of the credit card
- ID copy

Why not a sample of my blood too ?

I bought Parrot headset and I've been using it everyday for the past year and it's still awesome. I didn't even replaced the battery yet (or any parts)
Early this month I bought AR Drone 2.0 and I'm very happy with it. But during the process of learning how to fly the drone I have broken 1 of the gears. I ordered online at Parrot store the customer service is nice and the delivery is the fastest ever!

Just bought my first PARROT product today!! The talked about Asteriod car head stereo system at Halfords UK.. brilliant wave of innovation with its user friendly systematic fictures but slow response to certain functionalities within it. lack of not providing a 3G dongle without the product, delays we customers to truly enjoy its full potential. writing an application form and photocopyin your receipt before acquiring it, is the most annoying thing ever!! we are not buying an application but a PRODUCT?? overall cool display, presentation and compactability.
