This is part of CHCH tv and it’s just as pathetic. We were watching the CHCH TV News on Parrot because my wife needs subtitles because the CHCH over the air channel has them all screwed up. I’ve complained multiple times but it seems like the engineers at the station don’t know they’re a$$ from a hole in the ground. Anyways, we were watching the news and we got a Domain Error show up on the screen saying that there were to many devices on the domain. WTF? I checked to see if our internet was out. Nope. I checked other apps on our Roku… all were working except Parrot TV. Doesn’t surprise me. CHCH is bush league at best. They are constantly screwing something up. Adam dresses like a hobo. Today his hair was all over the place. So unprofessional. Shelley Marriage needs to learn how to do makeup. Yesterday she was all “Dewey” where she put her blush/bronzer. It was worse than some bald guys head reflecting in the sun. Hahaha!
Any reporter worth their salt leaves for greener pastures. CHCH used to be a respectable station until Channel Zero got hold of them. Now they are a big fat Zero. Firing all their good reporters and keeping the third rate ones. Their Parrot app doesn’t stream everything that they show on their Over the Air channel. Leave it to Beaver is one of the shows. I suspect it’s cause they are too cheap to pay broadcasting rights to stream it on another medium even though one day someone forgot to shut the stream down when it came on their Parrot channel. Pathetic.

Avoid this product and company. I downloaded the free trial version of Parrot3 to my macbook and cannot uninstall it. To make things worse, the pop-up for it appears about 20 times a day and the pop-up doesnt have a close button. In the applications folder it doesnt offer an uninstall, and despite dragging it to the recycle bin is ever-present. When you press 'Quit' it only hides for a short while. Their website of course doesnt offer any ability to contact the company. Similar to other reviewers, if i could rate it less than 1 star I would.

If I could give them less than 1 star I would. This service needs to be upgraded to improve the streaming. Continues to be choppy even after reducing the feed down to 280p

Parrot drones shouldn't be used by anyone
I have a drone which is now useless can't get the App for it parrot don't care
People need to stop using them they'll just screw you over once they have your money

I'd give it a 1, except for the fact that the content does have some actual value and streams from time to time.
Mostly it never does stream right, crashes a lot and has far too many repetitive ads.
Improve on the access and streaming capabilities and improve your programming choices and you might get top marks in future.

I saw this on Instagram and investigated it. I downloaded the app and before I know it, I was in a subscription, very difficult for me to figure out how to use it so I sent a message canceling the subscription, same day, deleted the app, and it was never used!! This was all in the same day, requested a refund, no refund and no reply. I wish I would’ve read the reviews before hand. So if you’re thinking about this app, don’t do it, they did not have the courtesy to even respond to my emails/messages.

As most have pointed out the customer servce is non existent. I purchased some headphones, and they were cutting edge, but fell apart because of the rubbish material they use. Now they do not even support or entertian any queries

Terrible products, terrible customer services.
I have purchased the Anafi USA to use the thermal camera in security related situations.
This drone costs in excess of £7.5k.
The reception is garbage. I can fly up to 60 metres and it loses connection and starts a RTH.
I thought I would reach out to Parrot directly with my concern.
I have received a reply telling me to contact my local authorised Parrot dealer (happens to be where I purchased item).
It is now obvious they know that heir commercial drones are not fit for purpose but continue selling them at premium prices.
They carry the USA name now and proudly claim to be "All American Made", but they are inferior to a product you would at "Ali Express".

Parrot please read my review and come to some agreement that you are no longer going to be scamming customers with you inferior products.

Their support is terrible. No user real ratings they have a company to remove bad reviews. They continue to use the horrible apple tablet that you can't use reliably in the shade because the screen is too dim even in the shade. It is impossible to ask questions and no insurance for drones that crash. Mine crashed 200 feet from me. It lost the signal and killed the motors. DJI is not much better but is it better at responding to the user's needs. Parrot has lost my business.

Don't ever buy from this company, they release new products constantly and discontinue any support for their old products, stick with a reputable company like DJI for your drones.

Why can't I get the application for my parrot bebop 1 .I've been told it's been stopped.if so this is wrong and I am stuck with my drone that I can't fly anymore

Super happy with my Drone (ordered Anafi) – Easy to handle, great camera and very light!

Deceivers. Liars. Very bad professionalism. I bought an Anafi Extended that by failure landed in an inaccessible place. I complained to them, shared all invoices, riding data and they gave me the reason in writing by email. However, Parrot Europe started to deal with the case, they asked to send everything they still had of Anafi Extended with the exception of the drone and after sending it disappeared. They don't respond to emails anymore and took what I had left of the equipment. Horrible brand with very weak and low behavior.

UPDATE: the brand contacted me, not cause of this review and sent me a new PARROT ANAFI EXTEND. Still have to configurate and try it out.

SCAMMERS. They have been posing as various tattoo artists on instagram who are holding win a tattoo competitions, then they contact those who entered the competition to tell them they have won, but they just have to sign up to bright parrot to claim their prize. Then they charge £49.99 per month.

Months and months and months pass - absolutely no response. NEVER ever use this company . They care for shareholders only- and their customer service is at best rude, at moderate incompetent - and at worst truly offensive in how they treat people who have believed their adverts.

Awful customer service. I'm writing this more than 6 weeks after we first raised an issue with our drone and are still awaiting a decision from Parrot. No phone number to contact them and it now takes a week for them to respond to any communications. As we use our drone for business so this is losing us money. Will be avoiding Parrot in future unless there is a noticeable improvement in customer service and advise others to do the same in order to avoid a similar situation. It's a shame as we like the drone.

The price of an Anafi might be cheaper than a Mavic but I doubt they (Mavix) will treat customers the way Parrot has treated me. My Anafi controller stopped working back in March of this year (2021. It would appears as though there is a USB port fault with the controller (which from reading the forums and comments appears to be a common fauly). Considering I’ve only used my Parrot Anafi around 20 times, and then for the controller to have stopped working it is extremely disappointing. I contacted Parrot’s customer service. Parrot’s customer service told me that my warranty claim has been approved by their investigations team, and that I needed to do this via the “point of sale”. We purchased our Parrot Anafi drone from our seller (drones direct). And when I contacted them, they told me that they are awaiting information from Parrot Anafi. So basically, drones direct and parrot keep going round in circles with the same response (like they are using it as a way of replacing faulty goods). If you don’t mind using your drone without a controller, then this is the perfect drone for you. If you want to be able to control your drone with controller, then search for another brand.

If you try to find a telephone number for Parrot Customer Service in the UK, it doesn't exist. And if it did exist, they would be swamped with lots of people complaining about the same issue as I have experienced with my controller.

Ordered a Bebop battery 2 months ago and no sign of it. Raised 3 cases but only got the auto response. Disgusting customer service. Will never buy from again. Credit card claim planned.
