Parkway have serviced my Mercedes E Class since I bought it - doing everything a main dealer would do, using mechanics trained to service Mercedes vehicles and genuine parts. They are very knowledgeable about Mercedes’ products and, if required, will provide clear advice and options for any repairs or other additional work that may be needed. Their servicing and other costs are significantly lower than those of a Mercedes main dealer but you get the same level of service. They are also very flexible about collection and drop off options, providing courtesy cars if required. The only thing they don’t have is a posh customer waiting area with hot drinks - but there are coffee shops a short distance away if you need to wait - though I never have. Very importantly, I believe the proprietor is honest - i.e. he’ll charge you a fair price for what you’ve agreed he’ll do but any additional/unplanned items will be genuine and he won’t do anything on them until he’s contacted you to agree the details. All in all - an affordable and consistently high/quality Mercedes servicing & repair business.
