Sent my appeal on the same day I received the letter and stated my appeal was too late. Lol. No direct email, telephone number or anyway to contact them directly. Also did not supply the 10 digit reference number which to use to contact POPLA for a further appeals request. Disgusting company ethics and this is definitely an illegal business practice. Anyone else having the same issue needs to contact the business ombudsman and report. Hope they get massively fined for mal-business practice
1 star is being polite
1 star is being polite, pulled into a car park for 5 mins whilst I was trying to get there app to work so I could pay, app wouldn’t allow me to pay so I left the car park and went elsewhere and parked, 2 weeks later I receive a £100 fine I showed them evidence of there app not allowing me to purchase a ticket not interested and rejected my appeal, will never go near a parking eye car park ever again !!
PCN issued without checks, rules not followed
ParkingEye sent a PCN to my car leasing company. Thankfully, my car leasing company queried it as one of the photos of my car allegedly leaving had clearly been doctored. Also, I had a valid car park booking via Your Parking Space so there was no justification to raise a PCN. ParkingEye clearly didn’t follow statutory obligations on process, evidence and verification. They can’t auto generate a PCN just to obtain driver personal information from the DVLA. I’m pursuing answers on this.

This has to be close to criminal activity.
Parking fine was cancelled correctly by the land owner - as it was incorrectly issued. I was sent a screenshot of the confirmed PCN cancellation - but a month later still no refund.
Absolutely no way of contacting them and neither does the land owner.
Isn't this theft?
Surely someone somewhere has to do something about these people?
Horrible people
Horrible people. No consideration and just want money. Shocking how they can be like this.

Stopped in aldi carpark on a sunday before it opened.which was for 20min. They fined me and said you get 10 min grace parking.but on the letter it says you only allowed to park for 0 hours and 0 min.before store opens so get you both ways. Aldi should be ashamed using this bunch of rats to just rip off there customers
Does anyone working there have any common sense?
On 3 different occasions in recent weeks I have received a parking notice and yet each time I followed procedures correctly. The first charge was paid by my son (£60 to avoid becoming £100, we were on holiday abroad and he didn't want us worrying). We contacted the venue, who confirmed that we were attending a class and the charge was cancelled but only £35 was returned, the rest was to cover their expenses because I didn't follow the correct procedures ( I know I did). Two weeks later another notice (same venue). This time I didn't pay but contacted the venue who got it cancelled. Four weeks later, a 3rd notice !! (once again same venue) but this time I had taken a photo of the log-in screen. I presented this to them as evidence, together with a time stamp of the photo and unbelievingly they have rejected my appeal anf offered to accept £20 but if I appeal further that offer will be rejected. Who looks at these appeals? What charlatans.
Stuck in car park as police closed exit road.
I got a ticket for overstaying by 20 minutes in a large shopping carport. I appealed on the grounds that there had been an accident on the outward road and the Police had closed the road so there were queues of dozens of cars unable to leave the carpark. As I had to be somewhere soon I decided to leave my car there and walk the 2 miles. I was unable to return to collect my car till later and in any case was unaware of the 3 hour rule. I waited for a response to my appeal but was told that even though I had appealed, the 14 day period to pay a reduced amount would not be extended till I got a response so I reluctantly paid. I see that the reviews are almost 100% very poor so Im convinced that my appeal would have been rejected regardless of the circumstances.
If I could give 0 I absolutely would I…
If I could give 0 I absolutely would I take my sister to work everyday at the hospital 4:00 drop off pickup 9pm I never stay the full 15 mins that I can sent me an absolute lie of a letter saying I was parked at Craigavon hospital pickup drop off for 21 hours and 14 minutes on Friday 20-03-26 the first photo is complete darkness can only see my reg and reflective lights which was at 6:58pm which I have a picture at home just a little after this time! the next picture is dark also but lighter than the first and I can be seen driving over the zebra crossing at 4:06pm the next day which is not even possible for me as I have 2 very young children that come with me to drop off my sister absolute scam and I will not be paying it trying to charge £70 for no reason at all and cannot even contact the company for appeal without paying but if I pay I’ll not be able to appeal if further action is took (feel free cause I can prove I wasn’t there) I will be taking legal action

Impossible to contact by email and their WhatsApp chat function nearly made me give up on life
I was parking in the University of…
I was parking in the University of Surrey car park, we were at a football competition arranged by Surrey FA.
Tried to pay, on app, but no Internet connection. Lots of others were having the same problem, at least 9 just from our team.
When I got the invoice (dated 01.05.2026, and received 13.05.2026) I paid it immediately £48, but this morning I have another invoice for £80 dated 10.05.2026 and received 16.05.2026, which I refuse to pay. This is extortionate.
I estimate that your firm have made over £450 just from our team, one of many in the tournament.
In future I will not be attending anything at this venue.
I would like a full refund.
If I could rate this as a zero I would
If I could rate this as a zero I would. Absolutely appalling treatment. I am a newly qualified worker for the NHS. I spent £11 per day to park for my training which resulted in a cost of £44. By my own mistake I submitted my registration number wrong by one letter on a day that I was in a rush. I paid £6.50 and that was for another half a day training. I appealed to them and showed my receipt to prove I paid. They responded in telling me I over stayed and did not pay the correct amount even though I had explained to them about the situation. We don't get paid enough money as it is. We do not get any parking allowances. Harrogate Hospital is very difficult to find anywhere for free to park. I was 15 minutes over the amount I paid. I have been charged £35 and it cost me a day's wage in total to be trained to look after people. DISGUSTING..
Cancelled parking charge
I inadvertendly didn't check in my car in a Parkingeye controlled hotel carpark when making a blood donation 3 weeks ago. I provided evidence of my NHS appointment & confirmation of where my blood eventually got donated to. I got a confirmation email from Parkingeye today that my parking fine had been cancelled. Overall I'm very happy that they were reasonable, accepted my reason for being parked up & annulled my fine.

1 star is 1 star to many 🤬 i have a disabled badge whilst under going cancer treatment and the machine in the reception wouldn't work!! I did display my badge in the car window. Then I received a unexpected parking fine I have appealed and still waiting for a response 1 week later!! Then Parking Eye sent me a reminder!! I know they are a business but the have no morals where seriously ill people are concerned, having cancer does not only strip you of your health but it also strips you financially when you cant work without these robbing t@#ts taking more off you due to a faulty machine. I have resorted to paying the fine as I feel that my appeal will slip through the system and I will be penalised with a higher charge. Parking Eye you are a disgrace 🤬
Disgraceful
Even when you can prove you had valid parking, they'll find any way to give you the maximum penalty.
Everything that is wrong with the system.
Everyone associated with this company should be ashamed.

Scammers i drove on a hotel carpark by mistake and left within 2 mins how can they give me a CCJ ? Makes it seem like i got credit when i never had a loan ever … they should be shut down they just make things up and can give u a CCJ with zero evidence absolutely insane
Greed
Pulled into the Delta Marriott hotel Swansea carpark by mistake (visiting the area and just followed P for parking signs). Once inside found information to pay by Evology App. Took us almost 20 mins to sign up to the App as took forever to load and send verification email. Eventually the app took a pending fee of £1.63 from us but then the app said could not complete verification, we tried four times and we then gave up and left. 10 days later we got a PCN from Parking Eye for parking on private property for £100, reduced to £60 if paid within 14 days. Upon reading the reviews for Evology (all same common issue of app failing - it was very stressful amd not all all a simple process), they all say the same thing - no chance at a fair appeal and once you do try the full fee is payable so felt no choice but to pay the fine. An absolute joke and bully tactic. Plus you can't even complain to BPA because you have to make a complaint to Parking Eye first and they do not have any contact details on website. My opinion is they have partnered with unreliable apps in the hope to scam people to make more money. Pure greed. We found another carpark opposite for just £3 all day using the mi permit app. Nice and simple and no stress. Why can't they all be like that?

i was in lidi car park 1,22 in time from 5,5,2026 get letter saying £90 fine letter saying 6.5.2026 letter was sent on 8.5.2026 date of issued was 8.5.2026 and my bank was 5.5.2026 think thay need look at ther staff working this out
My contempt for this company goes…
My contempt for this company goes beyond seething for their lack of compassion and scamming nature. I was admitted to a hospital for an operation which should have meant a 3 hour stay - this turned into a 11 hour stay before my wife could finally pick me up at 10 to midnight from the hospital - she arrived worried as hell to find an empty carpark, no one on reception and a buzzer to the duty nurse who told her to park outside the front entrance as I needed a wheelchair to get to the car. After pick up she drove off. 2 weeks later a "fine" from this bunch of crooks as she "had not registered the car for the parking at the hospital" - needless to say I'm fighting this all the way - they should be ASHAMED of how they operate ....
