Placed an order 11/25/23. It is now 12/21/23 & nothing has arrived ! Tracking # shows package has been in Jamaica, NY since 12/1/23. Emailed Customer Service and got no response !

Bought a case for my new Samsung galaxy S23 ultra. Not only did take ages to come, once it did the bag stated... phone case £11.95. I paid £40. I understand a business needs to make money but that's some profit that.
Then I opened the bag and seen what my £40 case was like.... In the pics it looks boss but it was far from it, the screen attachment/protection was as thin as you could make it. Flexible and as thin as single ply bog roll. I removed the fingerprint sticker being very careful not to touch it as per the instructions, I followed them to a tee. Fitted the phone and it was a proper snug fit, (that bit I liked) followed the instructions again to press on fingerprint tab, then applied the back. Now it was all together. I tried my phone with the fingerprint and it didn't work, I even tried it with a fresh fingerprint, nope wouldn't have it. Caused me nowt but trouble as to log on to banking and credit card apps I needed my fingerprint. Then for the next two days I thought the network was down with my phone provider, I could get calls and use my internet but speaking to anyone they couldn't hear me (not good when I take calls from Emergency Services with my job at all hours). I phoned my provider who also couldn't hear me so I had to use someone elses phone to contact them and they told me to remove the phone case and HEY PRESTO my phone worked perfectly again. I don't recommend buying from them. I'm far from happy wasting £40. Put my old case on and now waiting for a screen protector from someone else. I have a work phone also with a case like this one I bought but that works great, has a thick screen protector/all round protection, I thought it was the same one I was buying, how wrong I was...

Great phone case! Took a little long to come. But well worth the wait for the price. Exactly what I was expecting.

The phone wallets I bought are just lovely. And there's plenty of room for the things I always carry. The leather is high quality suede, and the colors are just beautiful. When I need these again, I'll be coming back to Parkfield Supplies.

I bought the Tempered Glass Scratch Proof Watch Case for an Apple watch S9 45mm for $24.9. However, the touch is not working properly, and I must touch the small icons on the watch screen many times. Sometimes, touch needs to be fixed consistently. The photos of the item show luxury looks lovely, but it is plastic, and the edge sides need to be softened. Customer communication could be faster, and they seem not to refund or resend it.

I have bought 4 wallet phone cases from Parkfield. I got them for the family. The customer service is so great. I got 2 cases that have the 1/2 wallet in the back for my hubby & son. I got myself the zipper leather wallet case. This case is AMAZING! It comes with an optional wrist strap. I love being able to not carry a pocketbook everywhere I go. I bought one for a phone I am no longer using and needed to get it for my current phone. They made it so easy for me. The quality of these cases is so good. I got one from Amazon and the snap doesn't snap and the zipper was hard to pull. I will be buying more for gifts in the near future!!

The materiel is made well; The magnet holding the cell phone case is strong enough to keep it attached; The snap closure lasts; and I can even slip a $20 in a pocket. There are plenty of card slots yet the overall thickness will still fit into a back pocket when convenient.

1st off- updated review- the phone case finger loop on the back has loosened to the point where it has completely broken off. however the drop proof aspect is good- it has protected the phone on 1 significant drop! so, bad quality with a good attribute.
that's worth 1 star! the delivery took a long time. well over a week. 8 business days is what they said- which if you include 4 weekend days having ordering on friday.. basically 2 weeks. product not decent. for the price I would expect faster shipping and exceptional product. 0 stars! if I could would upload picture.

Product was as described. Shipping was slow (about 2weeks) but was informed and expected. Nothing bad to say.

Awesome phone case! I got this case two weeks ago because my husband keeps dropping his phone and damaging it. This case protects it in everyway!! Although the phone is fully encased, the front is still very sensitive to touch and works very well. It does make the phone a little bigger and heavier but as it cost $200 to get his phone repaired last time, it's no bother at all. He chose black with the red and loves it! Highly Recommend.
