I strongly advise everyone to avoid…

I strongly advise everyone to avoid Park Elite Valet.

My experience was extremely disappointing. I paid for their valet parking service, but when I returned from my trip, I was unexpectedly forced to pay €539 in additional airport parking.

I was informed that my vehicle had been parked in the official Düsseldorf Airport parking facilities instead of the company’s own parking area.

What made the situation even worse is that the company has completely ignored my emails and has made no effort to resolve the issue or reimburse me.

This experience has cost me a significant amount of money and caused unnecessary stress. Based on my personal experience, I cannot recommend this company. I have filed an official complaint with the German consumer protection authorities.
