I found a used zoom lens for my Lumix camera and it was reasonably priced and in great condition. The delivery was FOC, as I was in no particular hurry for it. It arrived before the due date I was given. Very happy with my purchase and the great service I received.

The item was well packaged and although rated as ‘Excellent’ it looks as good as new to me - complete with correct hood and manuals. Saved quite a bit compared to buying new. I've bought a few cameras and lenses from Park and they have always been extremely friendly, helpful and professional. They've always been flexible on the price and have offered next day delivery. I would highly recommend them to anyone, especially those looking for high end quality kit as they describe them very accurately. Impossible to fault and I'll no doubt be buying more kit from them in the future.

Really simple to upload my kit and identify it, the team were happy to answer my questions and the price received was as expected and quickly received. Kit collected form the door which was super convenient - a positive experience all round.

Hassle free trade in of a mix of used gear including Canon EF lenses, Canon DSLR and a very well used Nikon FM. Assessment of the gear is fair, collection / drop off is pre-booked and payment was prompt once the in-store assessment was complete.

The staff are always extremely helpful, polite and knowledgeable whenever I have visited the store in Burgess Hill. My last visit was to trade in some camera equipment and Dan was very helpful about booking it in to be assessed and valued. Park Cameras are always a default choice of camera shop any time I wish to get hands on with new kit prior to purchasing.

Selling an old camera could not have been easier! From requesting a quote online to sending it off for appraisal, the whole service was very quick and I was kept updated by Andy from the Used Team the entire time.

I received the payment about a week or so later (a better quote than competitors offered) and they even kindly disposed of the camera bits that were too damaged to accept.

All in all a great experience and I will definitely be a returning customer.
