I found the experience of trading in my old Nikon equipment very easy. The drop down menu helped and anything else went under a separate heading with a potential offer later. I received an offer, a return label by email, I printed it off and completed the paperwork attached, all completed. Parcel dropped off at DPD local drop-off point. It arrived at Park Cameras and was evaluated within a few days. A final offer was made, I accepted and a BACs transfer to my bank account was made. One lens had damage that I was unaware off and returned. I found Park Cameras to be fair and honest in their appraisal. 5/5 experience! Thank you.

Very quick delivery, sending out on the weekend so it arrived on the Monday. Impressive! Price was on par with other competitors, but Park Cameras had stock!

I went to the London showroom on Saturday as they had an event on with all the leading brands there and some talks from professional photographers. And with the view of may be upgrading my current camera equipment.
Well must say after a frosty start from the manager (under it probably) and a short chat with the canon representative I was handed over to Ian a sales consultant who was excellent. He listened to my needs went through some options and he worked very hard to get me the price I needed.
In between talking to him, I went to watch one of the talk (travel) which I had pre-booked
While Ian put together a package of Canon R7 with 18-150 , adapter, two lens filters and a 100-500 L lens and I also trade in an old L lens.
As this was a considered Purchase for me when he come back with a price I went for a coffee to think it over, the price was right and Ian’s and David help when I went back I went with it.
Going back this weekend for a new camera bag now 🤦‍♂️.

Always get great service and fair prices at Park Cameras. Staff are 1st class all the way and no matter who you speak to they are all equally helpful and knowledgeable, personally I only deal with park cameras and I’ve bought quite a few cameras and lenses from them over a few years now, I have had issues with a couple of faults which were things that Park couldn’t have predicted, but these were dealt with seamlessly and efficiently and their customer service and backup are exemplary, which is a very good reason why I continue to buy from them because I know I won’t have any hassle at all.

I like Park Cameras very much and have dealt with them on several occasions. They have a good range, knowledgeable staff and are worth visiting if you live near and wish to see or talk about photo kit before buying.

I don't live locally but can confirm that Park's internet (or phone) sales approach is pretty good too with typically next day courier (DPD) delivery. They also buy used kit and offer prompt assessment and fair pricing. Overall a great dealer whom I have grown to trust.

For balance, other photo dealers are also available too. But I'd always typically take a look at Park before deciding.

I am not easily pleased and rarely pleasantly surprised in a world where everything seems to need chasing. I ordered a cotton carriers harness, with free delivery so didn’t expect it to come for a week. I’m going to the Farne islands on the third and wanted it for that trip but felt I was throwing the dice and I’d left it a little late. Not so. Today. Sunday, my parcel arrived. I ordered it on Friday at around 1am. Now that is service. Oh and I love the harness. It’s going to make life so much easier. Well done park Cameras. Well done cotton carriers. One very happy customer. Now I’m going to have to go find something else to complain about.

50 years ago, I bought a Canon AE-1 from Park Cameras, and I’ve now received my new pride and joy. Their staff were helpful and fast, and put loving care into presenting the second-hand kit.

Problems taking payment, which seemed to be a problem somewhere between the credit card company and Park Cameras. Eventually got sorted after multiple calls with both parties. Quick dispatch and receipt after that.
