Incompetent ripp off
This service used to be good, and I was a regular subscriber for two years. However, recently it's terrible. I don't know if it is because they changed premises or delivery partners, but they are so unreliable. The last straw was failing to receive my perfume for two months in a row, and every email I wrote to them about it was ignored. I finally ended my subscription as I was throwing money away for nothing.

We indeed switched to an outsourcing partner last year and had several delivery problems but we are in the middle of taking our fulfilment back-in-house. You indicate that you sent us two more messages, but they did not reach us otherwise we would obviously have helped you immediately. Don't waste your money.
Have been with Parfumardo for around a year now. All was well and good up until around 3 months ago. I haven’t received any perfumes since September and after being told they have been sent out again, I’m still waiting… Have cancelled my subscription.

Great monthly perfume service
I recommend Parfumado if you want to try different kinds of perfumes and I mostly got my package on time. If sometime delay , I complained and they fixed very well. Highly recommend

Something has gone very wrong with this…
Something has gone very wrong with this company. My October perfume never arrived. They've promised to send another by a tracked service but no email to confirm and no delivery. Their contact page is now a chat bot that seems to be programmed to say they'll send another and then stop responding. Very strange. I've cancelled my subscription.

A great concept, love receiving my perfumes every month. I recently had not received one of my perfumes, so I made contact with their customer services, and was told they were going to send me a new one immediately. I received it in no time!
Such a perfect gift to myself and/or to someone else!

I wouldn't recommend
To be honest, it's a great service only when it's done right. The first perfume I got was the only one that came on time, I had this subscription for 3-4 months or so, and my last 2-3 orders have came super late. My October one never came, so I asked them for a refund and just cancelled the one for November. They said the November one had already been shipped and they would ship the October one again too. I haven't received anything, I don't recommend until they sort out their problem, I don't know why there's delivery problems every month.

I tried a subscription for 2 months, but never received anything.. I started my subscription hoping to try something new, but as said, never received any of the products I wanted to try.
Just a huge waste of time and money.

Never buy stuff from this company. I started a subscription for getting 1 Parfum each month. Started in September and now it’s November. I never received my Parfums. Not a single one! Won’t not recommend!

The delivery is just terrible
The delivery is just terrible. My “monthly” perfume is delayed by over one month. Supposedly, it has been resent three times, and somehow I’m still waiting for it.
I would pass if you’re thinking of using their service unless you like surprises, because most likely it will arrive when you’ve already forgotten you even ordered it, if you receive it at all.

Awful experience, no perfume received and then email telling me I owe next months subscription fee which I cancelled. Avoid.
I signed up for a monthly subscription and didn’t receive my August perfume. I then contacted them and was told a replacement perfume had been sent out. That also has never arrived to this day. I disputed the charge with my bank and got my money back. I thought that was what, all dealt with. Until I received an email last weekend telling me that I owe them money as my last direct debit didn’t work and that they reserve the right to collect through a debt collector if needed.
So I sign up, pay money for something that I never receive. Cancel my subscription, dispute the charge and rightfully get my money back then receive an email accusing me of owing them money?!
Absolutely awful experience and they are clearly having issues that they’re not being honest about because I’ve seen these kind or reviews on Google too.
I would avoid as there is no guarantee you’ll receive anything and then you might end up with more issues to boot.
