After sharing my concerns, Parfumado took my feedback very seriously and responded promptly. They offered a solution and sent me a new perfume to test.
This time, my experience has been completely different. I also received Jean Paul Gaultier Ultra Male, and it smells exactly as it does in stores — authentic, well-developed, and long-lasting. This reassured me that Parfumado provides genuine, high-quality fragrances.
I appreciate the way they handled the situation professionally and respectfully.
Based on this experience, I am satisfied and happy to adjust my review accordingly.

We want to reassure you that all our perfumes are 100% authentic. We work only with authorized suppliers or directly with the brands themselves; no counterfeits or imitations are ever used. Even during our decanting process, each bottle is filled carefully according to strict guidelines, directly from the original bottle.
We’d like to mention that Versace Eros Flame is a lighter perfume, which can make it seem subtle.
Additionally, we are currently unable to find your details in our system, and we have not received a response to our earlier request for more information. We would really like to look into this and resolve it for you. Could you please email us at contact@parfumado.com or share your details with us so we can assist you further?

Selling fakes
Ordered molecule 01 and 01+iris 8 ml each, got a low quality and tremendously smelling "dupes" instead (I've compared both with the original molecule perfumes). Would not recommend purchasing 8 ml perfumes here.

Please rest assured that all perfumes in our collection are 100% authentic. They come directly from the brands or their authorized distributors. The 8 ml flacons are carefully filled by us, following the same procedures used in the brand’s own production facilities.
This ensures that the quality, scent, and evaporation of the perfumes are the same as the originals. We also test every vial thoroughly to guarantee it meets the brand’s standards.

2 Out of 3 Orders Not Delivered
Out of 3 orders, 2 did not arrive. After contacting their support team they resend an order which then also did not arrive but was instead delivered to a neighbor because their website did not register the address correctly. The travel case I was sent for my first order was good but the travel case I received after that was of significantly worse quality. I am going to stop my subscription because of the poor service. Quality of the actual received product was decent.

Availability and website issues
From 2023, I had a subscription for about a year. During this time, a lot of the perfumes on my calender kept being cancelled. Due to this, I stopped the subscription as it was no longer worth the price to me. I am now seeing a lot of interesting scents available again, so I renewed my subscription. However, I am unable to see my perfume calender or add any perfumes to it. There is no customer service that you can call, you just have to wait until they decide to answer your email. Quite frustrating and not worth the EUR 15 subscription fee.
UPDATE: the customer service handled the IT issue quickly and very friendly. Thank you Lotte!

I got the subscription as a gift in December and since then I’ve been receiving my monthly perfumes.
This month there was a delay and I sent an email to the parfumado team, and within minutes I got a response and a solution. This shows that the company cares about their customers and are very attentive.
Not to mention - all the perfumes I’ve gotten each month, has been an amazing quality. I can’t wait to try out this months perfume!

Great way to try new scents
I’ve been using perfumando for a few years now on and off and it is a brilliant way to find new fragrances , I find it’s really helpful to be able to test out a fragrance for a few weeks and having them in a travel size is so convenient because I can just slip one in my handbag and be off
