I have used parasol umbrella company services for a temporary work assignment. The set up is easy, fast and straightforward. Lorraine Tench set up my private pension scheme and Abi from employee support sorted all the other relevant details.

In the main, the service has been good. There have been some glitches between parasol and my umbrella, but they have been corrected quickly when notified. Payment is prompt when you follow the rules and staff are responsive.

The customer service was quick and very friendly. The team took their time and were eager to help.

I spoke to Ryan today who helped me with some timesheet and other issues regarding salary payment from my external contractor. He was professional and made a lot of effort to help me chase the payments, next steps and followed up with emails. Thank you for your service today.

Portal was simple to use.

I had an issue with my tax code resulting in a higher than expected deduction. I reached out to Parasol and Andy was really helpful in explaining the situation clearly and pointing me in the right direction to get it resolved quickly. Great service, thank you Andy!

Been with Parasol as my umbrella company for over a year now and so far so good. The support response is pretty quick. I had a query about Paternity leave and Prabhjot Kaur got back in touch with me within a day to answer my query. He was friendly in his response and provided the info I required.
