Very personable service interactions; very responsive; very transparent on costs and pension options.

I'm currently in my second employment as a CW worker with Parasol, having previously used them as my umbrella company 18 moths ago. And I have to say, they still uphold the professional approach to running my PAYE inside IR35 as they did during the previous four years I was with them.

From the whole on-boarding experience, through to hassle-free salary payment, tweaking salary sacrifice through personal pension contributions, they are quick to respond to requests and queries, usually on the same day.

My recent contact with the pensions team involved me wishing to amend my pension contributions while working a variable number of hours for a few weeks. Lorraine Tench handled my request with the upmost efficiency, ensuring my contributions were modified exactly when requested, maximising my take home pay when my hours were down, and minimising my tax liability when returning to normal working hours - a slow response to my requests could've cost me dearly.

I've used Parasol for the 5 years and they provide a good service, updating requests in a timely manner and providing documentation via their website.

Very impressed with Parasol, having tried other Umbrellas previously. Michelle in particular was very helpful with customer service queries, and such few issues as I had were dealt with professionally and promptly.

The Parasol team (especially) Alysia - were super helpful with what is quite a complicated onboarding process. They were great with communcating and following the process through.

I had a query about a figure on my payslip. I spoke with Faye who spoke to me in clear English, there was no ‘going off a script’ talk that would have lengthened the conversation until we finally got to the point. Due to the time of day, Faye had to follow up the next day and confirm the outcome, which she did gladly.
In these times of automation and AI, there is still plenty of room for the personal touch.

I’ve been with Parasol for a couple of years now and I have nothing negative to say about them. They’re extremely helpful with any queries that you have and the addition of the portal has been great. I’ve just had an online chat with Andy Q who dealt with my issue promptly. 5*

Today i had multiple questions for parasol where i dealt with Ryan, Ryans customer service skills were outstanding. My 4 questions were all within different areas of what is provided by parasol.
Ryan dealt with all areas pragmatically, due to this it was a smooth call with all answers provided in a timely manner.
