I choose Pangea about almost two years and what caught my eyes was that they accepted children and it’s very affordable and you guys worked with me they are very nice apartments this is my second move and I stayed with the real eastate it comes with benefits an the property Managers are very professional I cnt think of any real eastate that’s better for me thanks so much ✅❤️I will be with you guys for a long time too

I am a new tenant so there little or much I can say right now except for the water always on my floor.

I've been in my apartment going on 3 years, it's quiet and nicely maintained and for the most part Comfortable except for the fact I can't have my heat past 72 and its hard to have a space heater with a kid running around but overall I like Pangea haven't had any major problems with them and my property manager Patrick has been the best property manager over here seeing as though they have switched ours at least 3 times since I have been here. He has a fast response time and sees that my request are taken care of in a timely matter.

I have been here with pangea fo 5years and my husband about 8years they are awesome, every property manager we have had has been great, we love Jeru he is wonderful and responds always. Every request and order has been met. I think they should allow us to get stackable washers and dryers, I think they they should update their buzz in system to individual camera entry systems. They are fast and reliable. We have been happy with them. The rent is awesome I think they should start renting single family homes for a reasonable rent we need more space. However we don't want to leave pangea. They are great, clean.

So far so good.. I'm loving it, just wish I didn't have to pay for parking since the apartment is on a snow route...

The apartments I was shown were all good looking and pretty up to date. I'm just not really a fan of radiator heating systems is the only thing I didn't practically like in the properties I was shown.

After having no luck finally I got into a place 🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾 Thanks to the Pangea group , place is great but some touch up needed around and in apartment but so far no complaints

I just move in don't have nothing bad to said wrong now . It's being quiet and relaxing no lot of noise I love that

Everything with Pangea was great since the beginning. From viewing the unit to signing the lease and moving in. Couldn’t have asked for a better company to find me a new home!

This bogus as company. I been complaining going on 2 1/2 that I have NO heat in my apartment. And these unconcerned people haven’t done anything to fix my heat. My radiators work I believe they went out. Every time I call to complain and complain that I have a BABY they send someone finally after 3 days of calling just to keep running temperature tests. Well yesterday my landlord came by ONCE again and my unit fail the test once again. I texted him and asked him (JERU) what’s the next step and if I could have the pics he took of the temps. NO REPLY. Which isn’t surprising. I have contacted the city of Chicago you ppl. I have a trail of complaints emails and everything. I can’t wait until the city comes out today and we fail the city test so I can take Jeru to court ASAP. never ever rent through Pangea.

Nice people in the office nice apartments

I was happy with being taking around to see apartment but once I was in it I was disappointed because all the problems and I had to clean the oven out they spray it but never cleaned it I hope things get better

Great apartments reliable staff they come when u call them

I've rented with Pangea in the past which is why I came back currently and have had no problems with the rental company. I just wish they had more apartments in better areas of Chicago. The application process is quick and smooth. Apartments themselves are nice and up to date. Them being pet friendly is a plus as well. They also don't charge outrageous security deposits like most other places, and due to them being a real estate company with an actual call center, you can always expect to talk to someone during business hours. Overall good experience.

The man was nice and was on time very professional

Everything went well from beginning to end. Quick and smooth process. Staff made me feel at home. No comments on level of maintenance yet!!

The manager is terrible at her job. I worked into the office for more than a month for them to attend to me, and even after all the information was wrong and I had to start all the process again cos they made a mistake and this same manager can't apologies but she was being rude and almost walked me out of the office. I cant wait for the lease to be over cos I'm moving out
