Very good alternative Wise and Revolut send money

Very good instant money sending service. Revolut and Wise no longer send to Asian countries. It's worth using and Revolut and Wise will replace it with this one. That's a quick 15 seconds first transfer from EU. I hope it stays good.

Started out good, but going downhill!

I am sorry, but I have been a long-time customer of PandaRemit and was generally happy with the service. But the last two transfers (still not completed) have left a bad taste in my mouth. Although the partner bank has accepted the money, it has not been deposited into my account. The support is below average, and it is pretty impossible to chat with a live agent.

I am willing to give Panda Remit another chance, but they must rectify the issues and provide reliable, timely support.

There seems to be no strict account…

There seems to be no strict account verification process in place. I accidentally entered an incorrect 11-digit account number instead of the correct 12-digit number, even though all other details like account name and IFSC code were valid. Surprisingly, the app still marked the account as verified and proceeded with the transfer.

When I contacted the recipient bank, they confirmed that 11-digit account numbers are invalid and such transactions would be rejected. However, the app misleadingly showed the account as verified and the transfer as successful. This is a serious issue that needs to be addressed to prevent such errors and potential financial loss.

I DONT RECOMMEND PANDA REMIT

First time user, bad experience. Money sent, had been 24 hours and money is stuck in status "waiting to receive". Online chat no response. The 24 hours hotline has no one on the line to assist. So now I'm left to just waiting for the funds to go through. Good rates is like a bait and then you're left to worry on your own until money goes through. Not worth trying this out. All the reviews and claims on 2 minutes transfer is a lie.

I'm really satisfied with Panda Remit as a long term user with its better exchange rates, lower fees and user-friendly operation. It has all mainstream currencies to fulfill my remittance needs. And it's very easy to click on its APP pages. I highly recommend it to any friend who needs to do cross-border remittances.

After 5 days money was indeed credited.

Did a transfer Thursday evening. Money was promised in mins. It's been 24 hours Friday evening still stuck. No customer support, customer service in WhatsApp says money Should have come. But where is it?

Finally money credited. Biggest worry is there is not European customer service number, Also the online chat is always offline. They say due to china holiday period, but the service must be improved in this aspect. if you says with in mins it should come within mins.
