First time user, bad experience. Money sent, had been 24 hours and money is stuck in status "waiting to receive". Online chat no response. The 24 hours hotline has no one on the line to assist. So now I'm left to just waiting for the funds to go through. Good rates is like a bait and then you're left to worry on your own until money goes through. Not worth trying this out. All the reviews and claims on 2 minutes transfer is a lie.

I'm really satisfied with Panda Remit as a long term user with its better exchange rates, lower fees and user-friendly operation. It has all mainstream currencies to fulfill my remittance needs. And it's very easy to click on its APP pages. I highly recommend it to any friend who needs to do cross-border remittances.

Did a transfer Thursday evening. Money was promised in mins. It's been 24 hours Friday evening still stuck. No customer support, customer service in WhatsApp says money Should have come. But where is it?

Finally money credited. Biggest worry is there is not European customer service number, Also the online chat is always offline. They say due to china holiday period, but the service must be improved in this aspect. if you says with in mins it should come within mins.

This company is not very transparent. Was attemting to send a remittance on a weekend before the holiday on Monday. They never informed me that there will be delays in completion of remittance. Was messaging them several times and no explanation was given. Will consider using other platforms than this. Never again!

Worst app, bogus advertisement as fast as 2 mins. The same reply from customer care. The transaction is still pending.
I will never use them again.

Edit: After a complaint transaction is completed promptly, please don't create an environment where a customer needs to complain to get work done. Secondly, advertise what you can achieve. Don't mislead customers.

Today, I made a transfer via Panda Remit for the first time. I intended to transfer €200, but €200 was deducted twice from my account (a total of €400) for the same transaction.

(What I received is also only €200.)

I contacted them via WhatsApp and email, but the only response I received was “I’ll check” five hours ago. Since then, I haven’t heard anything back.

I hope I can get help ASAP.

Money refund has been processed.
App is great and money transfer is fast.

Received an advice today that transaction is successful but i check my beneficiary bank and funds is still not available. Money was taken from my account March 4 and I received an Transaction successful notice on march 8. When I tried to reach their customer service characters are in Chinese although I requested it in English. Amount sent is $2,999.00

UPDATE

I just received the transfer to my bank today. Their US phone number is always unattended, nobody response to their email. I saw in their app to click the "urge transfer" and it expedite the process. I only wish the their chatting will be translated back to English.

I will try them again because they seems legit, although very strict with lots of verification. They have the best rates compared to other competitors and always give you an update on their app. I will consider it that because I am a first time remitter they have to be strict but I hope the next time it wont be.

This app very good, I tried to send the money to my country, and it very fast transfer only by counting of minutes...and got it

I isn't delivered to the destiny and pandaremit canceled and pandaremit saying that they refund but not to my bankaccount is sended in whatsapp chat my bankstatement as proof I'm still waiting I didn't expect this from a institution as Pandaremit.
