I was a little bit skeptical at first when I saw the prices, that it was too good to be true. However the whole process (order, expedition, shipping) took less than 14 days and the packages arrived to Czechia intact, very well packed and without duties/taxes! Definetly the best experience, I won't be buying cameras and lenses anywhere else, but on Panamoz!

I have been buying photography equipment from UK highstreet stores and online retailers for over thirty years and always presumed that stores like Pamamoz provide goods not compliant with UK in regards registration, firmware etc which is why they were so cheap.
I was looking to spend many thousands this time round and could not ignore the money I could save over the regular rrp of my preferred suppliers that I have been using for many years.
I ordered online on the 28th March, and received all the items on 7th April. Absolutely brilliant! They answered all my questions via email very quickly, and sent regular shipping updates. All items were packed very well, and had the latest firmware. All now safely registered online with Nikon. I will be using Panamoz for all my future purchases from now on. Have no qualms in using Panamoz, they offer a fantastic service.

I bought my Canon R5 mk2 from Panamoz ten months ago, delivery was quick and I was very happy with the camera. For the last couple of months, the camera has been switching on at the slightest touch of the power switch and recently wouldn't switch off without removing the battery. I contacted Panamoz on the Monday who asked me to contact a local Canon service centre to arrange repair. I raised a repair request with Canon and took the camera in for repair on the Tuesday. I received a quotation for the repair cost later the same day. I sent a copy of the quotation to Panamoz on the Wednesday and received the money into my account the same day.
I collected the repaired camera on the Thursday.

The Sony A7r5 arrived in the original and undamaged Sony box much earlier than promised. The Sony A7R5 is brand new and physically in perfect condition with all accessories and English language and Euro 230V connection. When I charged the battery and turned it on and connected it to the PC and Imaging Edge Desktop. Everything but everything worked from the first.
Communication and friendliness with Panamoz staff is phenomenal and prompt.
I think that after such a positive experience, I would be simply silly not to buy from Panamoz in the future.
My warm recommendation to everyone who wants the same.

From the initial contact, me being a right pain about everything from availability through to shipping, understanding ANY customs aspects and finally placing an order I can HONESTLY say forget all the proprietary websites offering second hand equipment at silly OTT prices and give PANAMOZ a call. The Customer Service team are fantastic…REALLY know their stuff and the shipping team are top of the game. I’m an 800 review on a well known auction site. Ordered a Z6iii (Feb 25) and recently a Z8 (Mar 26). Orders both arrived within specified time. Their customer service responds promptly to questions/issues and with the issue I had, they immediately offered to cover all costs of getting it resolved.

Was really nervous to purchase but saved myself over £1000 and the camera is great! Will definitely use again!

This is the second camera i've bought from them - shipping is about a week, and I've had to use their warranty before for a repair - they pay up and let you use a local authorised Sony repair centre!)

Can't fault anything but wish there was more range of 3rd party companies on the site. I'm sure we'll get there in the future!

I've been putting off buying the Canon RF 70-200 Z for a while, and being my first time buying from a gray market site, I was naturally a bit nervous. However, Panamoz did not disappoint at all.

From the very beginning , Tina and the team were super responsive and helpful, answering every single one of my questions with total transparency. From the response time to the actual delivery, the entire process was flawless. The lens arrived in pristine condition, and I've already applied a protective skin to it!

I ordered Nikon Zf from them after few emails that were extremely pleasant and fast (kudos to Tina). It arrived to Croatia in about 2 weeks with zero problems with delivery or order. Outer box was packed pretty good. Camera itself arrived in basically new condition except one scratch/nick on strap eyelets I noticed when testing camera at home (I guess it happened somewhere in Nikon factory when outing triangles on as rest of camera was immaculate with 0 shutter count). According to that Panamoz offered a generous amount of money or full refund. What else can I say? Definitely one of best customer supports I have ever seen. I will be ordering from them for now on and recommending to everyone. Simply outstanding service!
