Do not buy from this company

Do not buy from this company. We bought a couch from them and after 7 years the cushions are cracking. They only have a one year warranty and refuse to address the issue with our couch.
We have a much cheaper couch from another company we bought that has lasted 20 years so save your money!

Palliser Q90 Zero Gravity chairs…

I purchased two Palliser Q90 Zero Gravity Chairs from NFM back in July 2020 and both chairs stopped working on July 2024. I would have expected better quality based on what we paid. Both chairs need to have their motors replaced at our cost. We are two seniors weighing less then 150 lbs each. There is no reason for these chairs not to last more then 4 years. NFM would not do anything and after tracking down the manufacture, Palliser Furniture, I was at least able to find someone to look at the chairs and determine that new motors were needed for each chair. Palliser was helpful in ordering the parts, presently out of stock, but this does correct poorly constructed products that will not last more then 4 years.

Disappointed Beyond!

We purchased a loveseat and sofa from a furniture store here in beaverton, Oregon 0n12/13/2020 for $5049.00. Soon thereafter, the furniture store went out of business! In August of 2023, one of the componants that raise the recliner went out and had to be replaced! They sent us the componants for free, but we had to pay $225.00 have it have it installed! Now, less than a year later, the control panel on the love seat went out! Now, the control panel on the sofa has gone out! Consequently, I just purchased a new sofa and loveseat from Costco! They may not have a wide variety of colors to choose from, but I will neveer have this problem again! We should not have to pay another $5,000 for furniture again in less than 4 years!

As a first-time client

As a first-time client, my experience with Pallisar has been extremely disappointing, and I do not intend to purchase from you again.

The issues with the sofa are as follows:

Uneven Levels: The seating levels are not uniform. The middle section of the sofa sits higher than the sides, which creates an uncomfortable seating and reclining experience.

Uncomfortable to Use: The sofa is extremely uncomfortable to lay on, contrary to what I expected from a leather sofa with recliners.

Poor Customer Service: When I reached out to Pallisar to address these concerns, I was informed that comfort was "not a priority." I was met with rude behavior and a dismissive attitude, and the representative seemed more interested in getting rid of me than in helping me resolve the issue.

The sectional we purchased is a disaster. Shoddy workmanship is evident in the loose seams and uneven stitching. The leather feels cheap, and the cushions/seats are already sunken after minimal use in just 8 months. To top it off, delivery was outrageously delayed. Avoid this brand.

Palliser Furniture Quality Going Down the Tubes

I bought my 2nd piece of palliser furniture, a 2 seat power recline loveseat with cup holders and a storage thing in the middle to replace a 3 seat piece of theater seating I purchased 6 or 7 years ago. It is readily apparent that they have suffered a massive reduction in the quality level of their furniture since the pandemic. I have had the loveseat now for almost 2 years. I have had 1 power mechanism replaced. the chairs also had this weird tilt, each seat is tilting towards the outside. when they came to replace the mechanism the repair guy said that the reason for the tilt was the cushion and that he could replace it and it would be fine. He was not correct and it continues to be incredibly annoying. In 20/20 hindsight I never should have kept the chairs when I received them with the lean, but I thought after they settle in they would be fine. but they definitely are not. As i said, this was my 2nd piece of palliser and it will definitely be my last. Interestingly, at the same time I purchased the loveseat I also purchased a power recliner. The power recliner was delivered with a bent up mechanism and, after waiting over 6 weeks for the replacement mechanism, I gave up and returned the chair to my dealer and got my money back. Very disappointing, I would never recommend palliser to anybody. I did give it 2 stars because it looks good, but it is a piece of crap.

Orders not filled .... beware

New orders for sectionals with moving parts has a wait time well over 6 months. My order was placed at the end of May 2024 at which time the delivery date was estimated to be 8-16 weeks. Now, Palliser informed the retail store that the delivery may not happen until Jan 2025. I reached out to Palliser directly and was told, they can't tell me when a delivery is expected. Unless you don't care about giving a company thousands of dollars and get nothing for it, don't order until the company can resolve the supply chain/staff issues.

Poor or nonexistent customer service

My control buttons for my palliser motorized recliner fell off after one month. I tried to contact customer service. Got an excuse twice, that they were too busy and would answer my email in 4 days. That's not good enough! I fixed the problem myself, but I will not recommend Palliser because of their poor customer service.

I ordered a Palliser queen sofa bed on July 3, 2024. Delivery was supposed to be between Sept 12 and 21. Nothing. My vendor ask why? They said not to consider these dates on the web site. He asked when I would get my sofa bed, at the end of Sept. 30. No sofa bed. Again the shipment was late and schedule for the end of October because of CN strike. I canceled my order. I have no trust for a conpany who has no respect towards the end customer and lies. Thanks to my vendor who has been so comprenhesive. Don't buy anything with palliser.

I have a Palliser reclining sofa and it's springs keep going Boing, Boing! I've been given all kinds of excuses for prompt customer service and I've gotten nothing. Sofa is very comfortable, but I'm waiting for the electric button to break. I won't recommend this manufacturer to anyone! I'm very disgusted and also poorer with the big expense.

Very expensive, very uncomfortable

Spent 4000 dollars on a custom loveseat and lounger and they are the most uncomfortable pieces of furniture I have ever owned, the center cushion where I usually sit is sagging far more than the rest of the couch after only 1 year, theres also a small tear that started underneath the couch where some f#%king genius either at the outlet I bought it from or palliser bolted a chunk of plywood through the fabric presumably so it could be lifted, I would spend money on another brand this couch is nothing like what I sat on at the retailer they offer zero recourse for custom furniture you aren't happy with ad now I'm stuck with a very expensive couch that is absolutely miserable to sit on

Terrible quality

We purchased two leather recliner rockers about three years ago. After two years the leather on the inner arm cracked and was replaced under warranty. Now a year later there is a crack on the other arm and the leather on the second chair is cracking as well. Terrible quality. I am sorry I purchased them and will never buy from Palliser again.

We purchased a pallaser 5 piece…

We purchased a pallaser 5 piece recliner with power and received it July 13th, 2023 thinking if should buy Canadian. We’ve had nothing but issues since day one, the te liner stopped working and they had to change the mechanism which took 3 months. After a few months of use and me and my husband are small people, the cushions began to sag even the head rests that were not used. We are still waiting on a resolution. We want them to replace all the cushions with “Qualux” foam that is highly rated. We’ve had inspections but still waiting to hear back from them since Feb. 3 months ago. We paid $10,000 thinking it is quality made. We won’t be getting even one year out of this couch. Please I caution everyone buying from them. Do your research. I should have listened to the reviews.

After a year my white sectional…

After a year my white sectional recliner started to discolour and peel. I don’t think it’s leather or if it is something went wrong in the dye process . I got nowhere with Palliser and $13,000 is ready for the dump. Recliner buttons have fallen out of position and are buried within the couch somewhere so the recliner feature doesn’t work . Don’t buy a Palliser!! I like companies that actually stand behind their products ! Customer Service was despicable and did absolutely nothing I just got ghosted . Never Again Palliser!

Stay away from Palliser!

I bought a sectional couch in March of 2023. After a couple of months I felt like I was sitting in a bowl, and even difficult to stand up. I contacted Furnitureland South where I bought it , but they aren’t getting much help from Palliser. They told customer service”must be my imagination and no one else has these issues”. Now I read there are a lot of complaints.
After a year they are sending out new foam for cushions to replace the old, but how does replacing poor cushions with the same foam cushions that are sagging going to help?? I really feel like the design is faulty and somehow there is a design flaw without support for the cushions in interior of couch.
STAYAWAY from Palliser!
Make things worse, we had bought a Bradenton & Young set 10 years ago from same Furnitureland and it still looks great and sits perfect. But because I was furnishing my new home with all new furniture thought I’d save a couple of bucks. salesman assured me Palliser was good.
i’ve moved my old Bradenton couch into my home office and it sits and looks brand new.
Don’t make my mistake.

Palliser - poor quality workmanship

I purchased an electric 2 seater leather sofa that I paid $4,000 and the cushions have already collapsed. Of course, after reaching out the Palliser customer service, it is out of their control and I must pay, AGAIN. They boast that they sell Quality furniture - WHAT A JOKE. I need to purchase the replacement products, pay for the shipping then once we get it, pay for a technician to come in to repair the sofa. Even the store where I bought it can't do anything to help with this matter. They got their money, their happy and forget about the customer who paid good money. DO NOT BUY PALLISER, they do not manufacture quality sofas anymore.
