I have the Palliser Miami sectional and the DAX fabric started to peel shortly after warranty expired. Palliser is polite but keep sending me back to Sofa’s ETc. I’m now looking at quotes for a complete Reupholstery.

As someone who owns Palliser & has sold Palliser for 10 years I can attest that it's a great product with great value. Most of the negative reviews seem to be a case where the selling dealer didn't take care of the customer correctly (ie: wrong info, lack of training, misrepresentation, etc) & didn't try to work with the customer if there was an issue. Palliser takes care of issues & if anyone has a problem that doesn't get resolved it's almost always the fault of the retailer, not Palliser.

In my experience Palliser has some of the best motion furniture options on the market. Their prices are fair and the selection of options is immense.

I'm a retailer in Petaluma, CA, and provide a lot of Palliser furniture items for a lot of my customers. They tell me that they choose recliners (especially the Denali style, with only a 31" width), the sofa sleepers (mostly the 'super full size'), the barrel accent chairs, and the motion sofas and loveseats with consoles, because of the power headrest and power lumbar. And I like Palliser because of their speed to build the furniture -- only 4-5 weeks from contract to giving to the shipping company. I own Wine Country Fine Furniture, and am proud to align with Palliser.

Everything is super easy to navigate and the furniture always arrives in good condition.

Worst customer service we have received from any company we’ve dealt with in over 40 years. QC is also extremely poor.

A fine company. A little unorganized.

The new portal is good but I am frustrated with the lack of flexibility. If a fabric is out of stock on a special order and the customer decides to change the fabric months into the order, they get put to the end of the line and the order starts all over. This is unacceptable. If a customer changes anything on the order, it has to be cancelled and reentered. No other vendor does this. There needs to be a way to make a change on an order and not lose their place in the ordering line.

The company is very non exceptional.
The quality is average the price is high and the delivery is average.

Palliser is a fantastic resource for high quality leather and fabric products that are value oriented and ship in a timely manner.

Great customer service and great product.

Finally a company that makes a sectional with families in mind! Storage compartments, wireless charging, wine glass holder, and it looks great!
