Delivery Guidelines
Delivering goods on a pallet is very different from any other type of delivery you may receive, such as parcels or packages. It takes more tools and equipment and does carry some risk to our drivers.
Therefore, our delivery rules are governed by Health & Safety guidelines, for the benefit of both our drivers and our customers so that you receive the highest quality service in the safest manner possible.
• Our Pallet deliveries ARE made to a kerbside location
• We NEED to deliver on solid, flat surfaces to facilitate safe pump truck operation
• We WILL deliver to ground level locations only
• We CANNOT deliver pallets on steep inclines

Book if you want to be messed around
Placed an order on Friday for pickup on Monday, pickup didnt happen called at 1630 to findout when it was being picked up. I was informed that due to a booking error that my pallets would be picked up on Tuesday. Me being a reasonable man thought that due to the error that id be first on the list on Tuesday. Well I was wrong. I called Tuesday and was told that I would have my pallets picked up at some point in the PM which ended up being 1600. I waited around until about 1600 on Wednesday for my pallet to be dropped off but was informed that my pallets were scheduled to be delivered on Friday!!! I called the local depot who then informed me that as far as they knew it was to be delivered on Thursday. This company is a joke. Avoid at all costs. ID 60045350081
