It arrived VERYYYY late, then they sent an email offering a “free” one to make up for it...never arrived, and was never contacted. However, in the same email saying they were sending free ones out, they then specifically asked me to post a positive review to make up for their poor business...do NOT trust the positive reviews, they were “bribed”

I love the site there are so many cool diamond painting mine took 3-4 weeks to get here they make perfect Christmas presents I love this site I have already done one and working on the second one can't wait to make the next one.

Everything has been great except the fact I was promised a free gift once my order arrived. I filled out the form and it has yet to come which frustrates me because I waited so long for my order. The customer service has been great.

I didnt receive tracking then when I did I said it was delivered when it wasn't. And the wax and canvas smelled. There was stains on the back of my canvases to. And some of my drill bags was split open

I really like Paintgem. They have great tool kits and diamond paintings. I have ordered customs with names on them and then also custom paintings with pictures of my grandchildren. I am happy with all of them. There was a glich with one of the paintings but it was handled and corrected with speed and I was impressed with their customer service!! Thank you Paintgem, I will be ordering more!

They are the ABSOLUTE WORST. My package got lost almost 2 months ago because it was sent with the cheapest service through FedEx and the service basically states that if your package get lost the shipper (PaintGem in this case) are the only ones that can take responsibility for it. They have not filed a claim, not issued a refund, not done ANYTHING. They just kept my money and ignored all of my messages. Do yourselves a favor and simply use Amazon.

My experience with paint gem was a really lovely one, always prompt to answer my questions and help me.
The quality of the canvas and drills look great, comes very well packaged and fast delivery, looking forward to ordering more in the near future.

I really enjoyed my PaintGem kit. My design included more colors than I was expecting and it turned out really good! I’m excited to do another... it’s really relaxing and a nice craft to do while my husband watches tv or we sit outside on the porch. It took a little while for my order to arrive due to Covid but customer service was responsive and helpful. REALLY glad they send extra gems as I definitely lost some when the dog tipped over my tray 😂.

Took months to get to me and then they said they would send me a free kit. Come to find out the kit would be added to my next order? Ahhhh no. Not ordering again very overpriced for what I received in the first place. Or I could opt to get my FREE kit only but pay a shipping fee. I'll pass thanks though.

Really amazing company!! I ordered 3 weeks ago and got my order yesterday, the canvas quality is good and the drills are so shiny

My package was never delivered that I ordered in March. I contacted them in May to ask about it and they said it'll be there soon. It never arrived. A month later, I messages them again and they had me fill out a form. I never heard back. It's now August and I messaged them again. They told me to contact USPS. I said no I mean, it's been this many months cmon. They called USPS 'supposedly'. Now they're saying that the package wasn't delivered because "I wasn't home" (not true) and will only refund me half of the cost, claiming it was $20 for shipping - although shipping is "free". I don't think I'll ever get the package or a refund. Don't buy from these scam artists.

When I contacted them they were very quick to reply back & get more details & so nice about it cause it was a gift so it wasn't something that I had bought myself & still quick to fix my problem. I will be buying from them myself real soon because of the GREAT customer service!!!

I just ordered from Paintgem for the first time. I received my kits within 3 weeks and am very happy with them. The canvases are good quality and the diamonds weren't oily, no bubbles or divets that I could see. The print is really good and the characters are clear. I highly recommend this company for anyone who loves diamond painting!

Excellent packaging and on time delivery. Love this fun product.

Fantastic , I was a bit cautious as it comes from America and I live in Australia but it arrived in 2 weeks of ordering (the fastest I have ever gotten from America) the overall product is of a good quality and I’m happy with my purchases.

I placed my order on the 2 of April and has of now (12th of august) not got my package. There has not been any tracking updates since 28th of July. Starting to think I just wasted 90$. Wouldn’t recommend buying from here unless you are willing to wait a while.

There were delays, especially due to logistic problems around the world and COVID-19. The item did arrive as described and my daughter is enjoying the project.

I ordered a painting June 29, and received the painting July 28. Due to the pandemic related issues, I was aware that this could take some time arriving. Using the tracking, I saw that it got stuck at its import destination for close to 2 weeks (it arrived there July 13.) I wasn’t bothered by this, but was surprised when I got a completely DUPLICATE order less than a week after receiving the first! I’m not sure how this happened (and I was only charged for the original order,) but I contacted Paint Gem and after a few emails they said I could keep the duplicate! I have done the mystery painting in the meantime and the drills and canvas are very nice. I will definitely be ordering from them again, and would highly recommend this company.

The company is very responsive until there is something wrong with your product. I ordered a custom gem painting and the colours are completely off, they refused to give me a refund and instead said they would send me a new one. What am I going to do with two giant gem paintings, especially when they take 2 months to show up? Would not recommend using this company.

The product is great and the customer support is better. Our delivery was quite late due to Covid and they used messenger to communicate with me and keep me updated. This is a gorgeous and fun art project that my beloved and I will cherish having made together. Excellent craft for the Covid era
