The panels were exactly as described. The delivery was speedy and the panels were well packaged. The delivery driver was very helpful and kept us informed of his expected arrival time. Really good experience all round thank you.
Absolutely disgusting customer service. Ordered 8 acoustic panels from this company. Upon opening 2 weeks after delivery to put on wall. Two of the panels were cracked. I have contacted the company only to be told there’s nothing they do as I am over the 7 period desire the product being defective.
They have told me I should have opened every panel and checked it within 7 days. I have moved house and it was not practical to do this. They offered me £15 credit. The owner was rude and would not listen to my point. Even though I was complimentary of the rest of the panels none of which were affected.
I WILL NOT USE these again!!!!!
