Great customer service with Audrey Murrill
Audrey is an excellent oxygen consultant--she was friendly and helpful from the start. I first called on 7/7/26 and was able to speak with Audrey right away instead of having to wait to be "next in line". My husband requires oxygen at night when using his BiPAP machine and he needs a portable oxygen concentrator for travel that provides a continuous flow. Audrey is very knowledgeable and answered all my questions about the Zen-O concentrator. She explained what would be included in the order, the warranty, etc. It took a few days to receive the chart note from the physician that the oxygen was required, but the order went through seamlessly. Then the delivery was three days earlier than expected! It was a pleasure working with Audrey and the Zen-O will work well. (we especially like the well-designed cart for the concentrator)

Loving our Inogen Voxi 5 O2…
Loving our Inogen Voxi 5 O2 Concentrator. It's perfect for the home and whisper quiet. It's been running like a champ, continuously (I want to turn it off to give it "a rest" but was assured it will keep on going for 1000 of hours. Much better than the device the hospital sent over which was huge, LOUD and ugly.

John Paige knows his products. He was thorough, honest and listened. I was impressed. There was a high hurdle we both had to jump ( I’m referring to a doctor’s staff member who got out on the wrong side of the bed ). John helped me make it happen.
