We canceled this service over 2 months ago and we have gotten charged AGAIN. We did the free trial and then we got billed, and here we are now getting charged AGAIN. We have emailed you like 5 times and have been told "oh we canceled it" so if it was canceled WHY ARE WE GETTING CHARGED

After speaking with local realtors, Ownerly’s numbers were not accurate.

It is not an easy process to cancel your membership. It would be better if it was at the click of a button.

I am trying to unsubscribe and am unable to.I would not recommend this service.
Although they reply here that it is easy to unsubscribe, it is not. I just got billed another $35 today. It's nightmare.

I saw my home that I have owned for over 20 years listed by different owners names. I called and asked to have it corrected and was told it could not be corrected. I asked where they got the owner information and was told it was public sources. The owner names given have never been owners of this property. They then asked if I was a member. It costs to become a member which would still not correct the erroneous data. Very disturbing.

The website is misleading. If you order a single report that isn't what you get. You end up with a monthly subscription. The product is okay but not worth the trouble of setting up an account and cancelling if all you want is one report.
Edited in response: your offer is misleading - I'm not the only one who has said that. If I only want one item why do I have to subscribe? Because you know that people forget their subscriptions. Because you don't get reports until about 24 hours later, there is a good opportunity that people will get stuck in a subscription.

I canceled within the trial window. They emailed saying it was a confirmed cancellation. They have been charging me since. I have now requested my refund 2x.
Planning to file with the CFBP next.

About myself, my house was incorrect or missing. So I found this to be unforgettable. But thanks anyways.

I used a paid 7-day trial, which was helpful and provided information I needed. After a couple of weeks of having cancelled trial membership, I received an offer for 50% off fir first month, which I took. But, I was charged full price AND no report exists for 2 addresses I entered. So, I was lead to believe I was going to pay half price but was charged full price for non-existing reports. I have more screenshots to confirm what I’m claiming but won’t allow more than 1.

I didn’t proceed with a purchase since this is the same business practice of making you wait 3 minutes while you waste your time for an ad for a 1$ week trial. This is like all the people search companies that pull you in with a 1$ trial in hope that you forget about it until it expires and then hit you with high fees. Who cares how accurate their number for the house is if they’re doing business like this. What a joke. Glad I didn’t waste my money on them.

I never ordered anything from you. I did NOT open any accounts with Ownerly, yet my checking account was missing over $70.00 in charges levied by your company.
My refund needs to be in my account . You have been reported and the R I Sec.of State is investigating. Better get gone very fast!
