It was okay except

It was okay except, we are a school and can not pay sales tax. It causes a lot of unnessesary paperwork to charge us then refund the taxes. You should just approve the sales tax exemption form before we can order.

Poor quality, cheap look

The representation of the food canisters online was what appeared to be a dull finish like traditional handmade stoneware. When I received the canisters, they had a shiny glaze and were clearly not stoneware. They looked like something I would expect to find at a dollar store. The price did not reflect such lack of quality. I wanted to love these canisters, but I just am not impressed.

All I wanted to do was exchange a ring…

All I wanted to do was exchange a ring for a different size because it did not fit my fiancé. It was supposed to be his wedding band and now I am out hundreds of dollars because it cannot be returned or exchanged.

I haven't even received the item...

I haven't even received the item I ordered. Why would you ask me to provide a rating yet? That's like asking for a tip before I've even gotten my food. I get it, you want reviews. But maybe consider the timing of your request. Who knows, I might have given you five stars but as of now, you've taken my money but haven't delivered anything yet.

Great chairs

Great chairs! Shipping was quick and the chairs were just as expected. They required assembly which didn’t take too long. The chairs seem solid and are cute!
