I received an email saying my drapes…

I received an email saying my drapes were delivered and they were not, when I called to explain, I got a run around, no one could help, then I was transferred to fed-ex and that was worse. The last gentleman I talked to told me to wait 24 hrs and I received my package.

Your service is TERRIBLE!!!!

You delivered my carpet and it is very nice. You did not deliver the 1/2" rug pad cushion. YOU ALSO DID NOT LET ME KNOW THE CUSHION WAS NOT DELIVERED. I am moving into a new home and when we opened the package to lay down the cushion and rug BEFORE setting up my King size bed there is no cushion. When i spoke to your "Customer Disservice" rep he had no clue when it was going to be delivered. I am going to be brutally honest: YOUR SERVICE IS TERRIBLE! So what i a now supposed to do, wait until someday when the pad is delivered and then disassemble my kind size bed, move the furniture and the rug out of the room, install the cushion and then put everything back together? Do you think this is accpetable service?

Delivery was great

Delivery was great, and I love the bench. I only gave it 4 stars as the color was advertised antique white with the blue cushion. It is not antique white. It is almost a light gray in color.

Damaged but delighted

When I received my item, one piece was broken. I am giving this 5 star review because of the excellent customer service I received when I called to report the damage. The point of my delight rests with the Customer Service team. The rep was courteous, apologetic and knowledgeable. The customer service is as important as the sale. Thanks for the way this was handled.

The shoes are great...Being on hold twice for a TOTAL of 2 hours was not fun.

The shoes are great! Communication, not so good but remedy, good! Ordered shoes and paid for faster ship. Didn't hear or get follow up emails. So I finally called and found out they called for ok on my charge. They lied and had never called me nor left a message! So then I okayed the sale and they shipped one day! They were only a day late in the shipment as a result. Thanks for the remedy but thank goodness I had called! If they said they had called me, why not a follow up for a big first order? Great customer service!
