She was amazing!! I can't remember her name unfortunately 😪♥️♥️
The staff were excellent
The staff were excellent, very well trained. Explained everything and answered my questions. I got a call back as arranged. Cannot think of anything I would criticize.
'OUTsurance' Premiums
I found 'OUTsurance' premiums to be far more expensive than competitors for similar products. But it's not surprising considering their advertising budget. Their adds have been flooding the airwaves all summer. If any company spends so much on advertising, how can it give value to its customers. The '10% back after 3 years claims-free' is a cheap selling point. So shop around.

Helpful staff & cheap price
The staff are very helpful and they seem well trained. The price was half what I was quoted by another insurance company for fully comp, I just added the roadside assistance as it wasn't included with them but it was still much cheaper.
