Such an easy company to buy from - Drew answerred all my questions practically immediately and the return of some shirts to be replaced by bigger ones was as easy as it could be. I will definitely be using them again.

Amazing customer service.
The sale item I ordered turned out to be out of stock.
I was offered a newer model at the same price which I accepted.
I explained that i was concerned that the delay would mean that i wouldn't recieve the item in time before i was off on holiday.
It was promptly despatched on 48 hour delivery as a result.
Every communication was friendly & helpful. No faceless big company, AI or standard messaging here.
What more could they have done?

Outside sent the wrong running shoes but were quick to send out the correct replacements, without requesting that I send the other back first. We all make mistakes but they got it sorted efficiently so I had the trainers for race day.
