Just brilliant service
I originally ordered a pair of climbing shoes from Outside, the order was very smooth. The delivery was excellent. Unfortunately the shoes did not fit my feet. Buy a stupid mistake on my part I managed to send them back a pair of shoes that I had ordered from another shop. When I discovered this mistake I got in touch with Outside staff and they were exceptionally helpful and understanding, the matter was sorted out without any hassle and they refunded my money in a smooth and stress free manner. I cannot stress enough how helpful the staff at this shop have been. I would certainly not hesitate to use them in the future.

The staff at Outside always give excellent and professional advice based on good knowledge and experience. They are all mountaineers, climbers, walkers or runners, and use their experience to give good advice. Buying boots from them is particularly good (Hi Tom and team!). Outside sells high quality products, I buy from them frequently, mostly from the store but sometimes online after good telephone advice, it is my go to shop for my outdoor needs. The café is good as well and stays open a little later than other cafés which is useful after a day on the hills.
