Amazing customer service! I had an issue with a product (not their fault) and they have rectified it in less than 24 hours - a number of big companies could take a lesson from them. Will defiantly be using again.

Don't normally leave reviews, but wanted to for Outdoor Gear. Although the website is a little janky, their service is fantastic. Ordered two pairs of wellies around 11am and they came the next day! Returned the ones that didn't fit (you need to pay for postage) and the refund was swift. Great quality as well. Thanks very much!
Also to note, the size I wanted originally wasn't in stock, but an hour later it was, so is worth checking their site frequently just in case.

Cracking Service

Getting caught out cold on my lockdown walk, I needed something to keep me moving.
OutdoorGears' fast delivery ( 2days ! in a pandemic!!), quality product ,a Fjallraven Greenland coat ( brilliant coat BTW) and very competitive pricing saved the day.

Ordered 2 coats for size ( I'm in the middle with this brand), return was easy ,used Collect+ at my local Co-oop and money back in the bank very quickly. Couldn't expect any more

Will definitely use this company again

Ordered some Kids Hunter wellies which are like gold dust at present. Have searched many websites before finding some on OutdoorGear. Having never heard of the company I decided to take the plunge and boots arrived when they said they would, as described. Very pleased!

Their customer service is appalling. They will not take responsibility for selling ‘not fit for purpose items’ and then refuse to pay postage to return the ‘not fit for purpose item’. I would not buy from them again as it is too risky.

Outstanding company and staff to deal with, bought a pair of Hunter boots from them just short of two years ago the boots developed a small hole in the inner lining which rubbed my ankle to a point that they became unwearable, absolutely no quibble on there part they looked at the case I presented they offered a replacement first, which it turned out are not currently available and proceeded to offer a full refund, you just can’t fault a company like this and for that I can’t recommend them enough and once they have stock back in I’ll be buy another pair of boot off them,,,,brilliant service.

Don't be put off by the website (a little bit outdated), the service is fantastic. Ordered a jacket which was a great price and came next working day. Easily as good as any other online experience, plus great selection and prices.

Awesome service, purchased by item yesterday before 3pm and it arrived this morning before 10am via DPD.

Cannot fault the service, and so I will definitely buy from this company again.

Pretty poor.
I ordered a coat from this company through Amazon. The delivery was advertised as next day and I was sent an email later that afternoon confirming dispatch and my delivery date. This morning I then check to see that I am now not getting my parcel and it has been delayed. No notification or message. I left the appropriate review through Amazon and they have had it removed, citing that the issue was not with them and it was the courier. No message of apology or update. What sort of customer service is this? Needless to say the item will be going straight back and I'll spend my money elsewhere.

I ordered three pairs of Craghoppers Kiwi Classic trousers. I was kept fully up to date on the progress of the order which was delivered fast using RM tracked. The size was correct as were the colours and each pair was in perfect condition with tags and in the original biodegradable Craghoppers bag.

Easy ordering, live stock levels online, good prices, and fast delivery.

I found this co through a google search, and got the children’s hunter wellies I wanted with 30% off the RRP, so I ordered the matching wellie socks as well. I received a dispatch notice within a couple of hours, not thinking they would arrive the next day, but they did. They also put the socks inside the wellie box - great thinking to minimise the postage. No excess packaging. I’m very impressed with a company I’d never heard of until 24 hours ago.

Speedy delivery of items. I returned one and DPD lost it for a while and while sorting this out Outdoor Gear's understanding and customer service was absolutely excellent!
