I have had a skyflite suitcase for the last 4 years and used it 7 times in this period. It has been good for my needs but unfortunately whilst getting off a bus on this trip the handle snapped. I removed the old broken handle hoping to get a replacement on line. But unfortunately they are not available. The screw configuration is the opposite of all the other replacement handles available. I contacted skyflite and they told me they do not make replacement handles and could not tell me any information fr a generic replacement. My suitcase is customised by me with special made decals to make it individual to me so I am loath to get a new case . Looks like I will have to source a second hand skyflite case just for the handles. It’s disappointing that out of the hundreds of replacement handles available non match the skyflite fittings.

When I received my luggage at my hotel in India, the zip had completely come away from the casing which allowed my luggage to be very vulnerable. Too far from the airport to return for an insurance claim but in hindsight the damage was nowhere near handles etc - I purchased another smaller matching suitcase at the same time but am really reluctant to use it - the suitcase was purchased recently and used for the first time so very very disappointed with its lack of durability

We purchased two Skyflite London suitcases for a holiday in the US. During the holiday a wheel broke on one of the suitcases since when we have only used the other one. This weekend, on a trip to Rome, one of the wheel fixings ripped off completely and there are cracks around other wheels on the suitcase. Have taken this up with the shop we bought them from but these are poor quality suitcases - on neither occasion were the suitcases above capacity load.
Don't try and contact them at the email they suggest - I got a quick email back saying it obviously happened in transit and that I should claim from the airline. The damage occurred wheeling the cases to the airport and, as the airline noticed the damage, they made specific note of it.
Lesson learnt, never use this company again

I don't usually leave reviews, but felt compelled after seeing some negative reviews on here.. after doing a ton of research, I went for 3 Retro cases in green, and they look so premium! Held up for my family trip to Vietnam, and can't wait to pack them for the rest of our trips this year... also, customer service was spot on, UK based company, answered my queries before purchasing!

Really impressed with this luggage. It feels properly well made, strong case, smooth zips, solid handle, and the wheels glide like a dream. I’ve used it on a few trips now (airports + trains + being thrown in car boots) and it’s held up perfectly with barely a mark.
It also looks really sleek in person, not cheap or plasticky, and the inside is genuinely practical, the compartments actually make packing easier.
Fast delivery too. Would 100% recommend Skyflite if you want something durable that still looks smart. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Second time we used the case the combination lock mounted on the side snapped off and left 2 large pointed dangerous screws exposed. Had to fly back with the case unlocked and tape over the screws so that nobody hurt themselves on them.
The internal zips for the two sections are broken and also the liner zip is broken.

We have had Skyflight luggage for years and each piece of luggage has served us well. We needed a change and because of past experience with your company there was no need to purchase anywhere else. We have fund luggage value for money and of excellent quality. The ordering experience was simple ( we bought direct from the company) service was great and delivery was very quick. So thank you

In love with my new bag, it’s good quality and I just tested it on route to Germany and back and thoroughly impressed. No issues, easy to purchase and when I rang through with a query I was met with nothing but help and genuinity

Had one of their cases a short space of time during which, on two separate occasions, two different wheels fell off. Although I understand the baggage handling process can be tough on cases, its coincidental, having had previous cases several years without any similar issues, that two wheels would be lost. I believe this is down to poor design or quality in this instance. No acknowledgement from customer service, only that I should claim from the airport.

Wheel broke very first trip !! Son not aware to log claim at airport, so unable to reclaim costs.
Contacted Skyflite for a replacement wheel but they declined to provide one or even let me purchase a replacement.
Poor quality case and service and bad for environment if case ends up at tip after one shorthaul holiday.
My advice is to save your money and consider other brands.

Bought a set of suitcases from skyflite. Used one for a year and took the second one for the first time. Lock is jammed even though properly coded. Now all our stuff is locked inside. Returned from flight this morning and devastated that we can not have access to our toiletries.
