Unreliable Partner with Serious Communication Issues
We engaged Ourvita Germany for contract manufacturing.
Our experience was highly unsatisfactory.
Communication was consistently poor — inquiries often went unanswered for extended periods. Agreed delivery timelines were not met, and delays were not communicated in a reliable or proactive manner, which caused significant disruption to our operations.
Additionally, agreed processes around delivery coordination were, in our experience, not followed. This resulted in avoidable issues within our logistics and required last-minute adjustments on our side.
One delivery contained defects, which, were acknowledged by the comapny. A correction was promised within three weeks but was still not completed after several months, again without any communication or responding.
Ultimately, we had to terminate the contract, which led to financial losses and operational setbacks for our business.
Based on our experience, we would strongly advise caution to any company relying on dependable timelines and clear communication.
We will most definitely not repeat this detrimental experience.
