Disgusting behaviour towards the public…
Disgusting behaviour towards the public by staff and condoned by management especially the Operations Director who should have been more professional and controlled his staff who were swearing at a member of the public.
Truly awful company
Truly awful company. They told all of their staff how to vote in the last general election. I've also seen a video of the staff abusing members of the press and public. I'm honestly amazed that they're still in business!
rude and ignorant staff
Having watched a video made about this website, I was disgusted to see how staff treated someone in public. Management do not even control their staff nor discipline their staff, even though one member of staff nearly indecently exposed himself on film.
