What an absolute con!
For what you pay you’re limited in search and ability to find contacts. Search brings up very little in area and yet reverse search brings up different people.
Most profiles are just fake. Same profiles come up again and again when using match icon. And from miles away. What an absolute waste of time and money for very little. It’s totally pathetic and should be banned as playing with peoples emotions.

I would give the 'Ourtime' site a -1 if it were possible. Dreadful site, full of fake and repeat profiles. Deleting your profile is difficult, and because it seems impossible to remove the last photograph, this presumably boost the numbers of supposed live profiles on the site. Unsubscribing, even prior to renewal doesn't work. No customer service. I am in the process of reporting them to my bank for a refund. Don't waste your money or your time!

Prior to the revamp the site was poor.
Now it is total rubbish and must have been done by 6 year olds. Lots of fakes and the majority of contacts are in France and other countries.

terrable site no response and site never loads refund with compansation

Been on/off this site for a while, was subscribed (now expired thankfully), no idea why as its awful. Now changed their set up since Jan 26 and ive had issues deleting my account, says i can do it on the app, and I cant, did my issues via Q&A at least 3 times and no response, within 24 hrs like it said. Then it says to delete my account via the desktop, which I cant (surprise surprise) as its a work desktop and obviously certain sites are blocked. Im now getting increasingly frustrated as ive explained all this and asked for my account to be deleted and sent all the relevant info/photos. I mean how hard can it be to delete an account, or is that the purpose. Need to get off this site as its the dregs of the pool left, sorry to say

I would not rate this site. Not transparent in the site design, poor.

The company take your money and really do not provide any sort of service.

They're asking for payment to receive messages the help centre doesn't exist even though you pay a monthly subscription which should give you access to any messages but they ask for another subscription to access your replies steer clear of this site I would advise anyone not to use the site, the site has notified me about a reply but I can't receive the reply as they've amended my email address without my knowledge and worse still the site will not let me nominate my correct email address, definitely steer clear of the site as I've said earlier there's no help line and worse still there's no customer care line either, when you try to access the link it just says 'bad error 401' although I've allegedly received a message which I can't access!!

This is a truly terrible app/website. I get notifications of so many "likes" but they never appear in the app. The customer service is terrible and all automated. I am going to have to get my credit card company to stop the payment. Don't sign up to this site.

Shocking online dating practises,I've proved that messages you send go nowhere, people it says are online are not online,intro messages dont go anywhere and likes are false,dont waste your money,Brad Pitt would not get a date on there,scams lies,and flirts

My profile clearly shows I am an ordained minister of the Christian religion - the dog collar in the photo is a clue! Therefore sending suggestions of men who are 'spiritual not religious', agnostic or atheist are not possible for me, people living in other countries or the other end of this country are not acceptable, yet I keep getting suggestions for men hundreds of miles away.

Fake everything absolutely everything

The January 2026 update has been a disaster.
I have been a repeat user of the site for a number of years and was generally okay with it. The previous update a few years ago was also problematic but this one has taken really taken the biscuit!
I would contact Ourtime Customer Services to report my concerns but there is no way to do that! There is no way to send an email or phone a Help Desk .. not even an AI one.
I have cancelled my subscription and I will not be renewing it again.
Don't be taken in by all the glowing reviews on the site. In small print at the bottom it says that they only publish the 4 and 5 star reviews!
Save your money and go elsewhere but first go online and check which other dating sites are in the Match Group as I would guess they all use similar underlying software.

I set my parameters initially at 15 miles radius from me in Essex. Yet I continually received recommendations for partners in France Holland and Ireland. I contacted three or four within my area but only one replied saying that they had already met someone. It was a complete waste of money.

Was on here 8 years ago and it was ok.
Now, honestly it's bad, really bad, out of 9 conversations in 3 days all were scammers, it's truly unbelievable, a complete waste of time, so glad I only paid for a week, never again, deleting account now, it's a sad place to be, save your money, absolutely shocking.

I joined Ourtime about three weeks ago for a month.Cost me some £60 .Im a widower in my 70s and had never been on a dating site before. I must have Liked about 15 ladies of a similar age and interest and followed up with a chat but have never received a response. Can't believe I am so unpopular and have been rejected for friendship.It's impossible to just view those within a certain radius so you are bombarded with alleged profiles from all over the country. Im not convinced most of them exist or are very old profiles. You also get sent to say that a certain lady is interested but when you click on it a whole host of others appear nowhere near your location and certainly not of the lady in question.
I am smelling a rat and feel the whole set up to be a scam. Consequently i will not renew my "membership" and just grow old gracefully.Since writing my review . Two ladies have very kindly responded to me to confirm that my suspicions have substance . They both have confirmed that they are historic subscribers and as they had little or no success ,cancelled their subscriptions some time ago and are no longer searching for friendship and /or a partner.Please be warned or expect considerable disappointment .

The website operates on algorithms which send out "matches" to keep members in play. Most of the suggested connections don't fit the members' parameters or expectations. The location and age range have a disproportionate impact on the suggested profiles without including more personal requirements.
Overall, this dating site is focused on retaining membership subscriptions and not serving the members.

Site very difficult to navigate, a lot of the time you can't even get onto the site. Tried to narrow search to certain age range, it didn't happen. Tried to narrow distance to a 50 mile radius, again didn't happen,.I had men from France, Liverpool, many from London I live in Cornwall!!!! This site has completely discouraged me to continue my search for a partner!!!!! Diana Age 78

I've been trying to delete my profile and their website it's impossible to do this online through my account and can't contact customer service after logging into my account or trying to email them with the address that I had previously used. These problems have all occurred since they've apparently updated their website, and I'm not only furious about this but will never use them again.
