Our Ritual = WORST COMPANY EVER
Our Ritual has to be one of the WORST companies I have ever dealt with. They charged me for an entire month of therapy and then the first session, the therapist cancelled one hour prior and gave no reasoning. Then the remaining 3 sessions, the therapist went on vacation and had no availability. When I reached out to their customer service, I had to go back and forth with SEVENTEEN emails before they finally offered to give me one extra week to make up for the missing FOUR sessions. A complete scam and a joke of a company. I finally just disputed the charge with my credit card since they refuse to provide the service that you paid for and do not refund. They are absolutely awful.

highly recommended and well worth the money
we used ritual for over a year and it's been incredible for learning and growing as a couple.
we loved working with our expert who we met with almost weekly and the wealth of information, exercises and videos within the app.
well worth the money and highly recommended
Absolute Scam
Absolute Scam. Very difficult to book counselling, and they've now just cancelled our subscription with charge, without being asked to.
Awful
Awful. Very inexperienced therapists. I would wonder if they are fully certified given that they calm themselves “experts” and do not list credentials. Horrible experience. Expensive and not worth the cost. The worst part is customer service is abysmal and the app is glitchy with horrible user interface. Go elsewhere.
We signed up on Monday schedule for Wednesday. Had to reschedule to Friday due to work issues. Met with a “experts” whatever that is for 30 minutes. We’ve been charged a total of $120. They are refusing a refund and being cagey about cancelling the 6 month subscription. Think I might head over to BBB to file a complaint if this isn’t resolved in a timely manner.

Charged us over £400, had 1 session
Charged us over £400 so far, and only managed to schedule 1 appointment with their therapist as they don’t have much availability. Unimpressed to say the least
Find a local councilor!
If you and your significant other are trying to find counseling for problems in your relationship stay far away from OurRitural. We tried this service for 2 sessions and were abruptly booted and our future appointments were cancelled. They will accept your $300, allow get outside of the their 14-day money back guarantee, and then they will say they can’t help you and cancel your future appointments.
Their “expert” heard our entire story and the relationship hangups during the first session, instead of telling us that their platform couldn’t help, we were strung along for another session to get outside of the 14-day refund window. One can only assume their “experts” paychecks are contingent on getting clients past the 14 day refund window.
When I reached out to them to get an explanation and inquire about a refund I was met with “I’m sorry but you’re outside of the 14 day window” and still have yet to receive an explanation. Given the circumstances I asked them to escalate the issue to someone higher up. They said it would take a few days and we will see what happens with that but I’m not going to hold my breath.
Long story short if you’re facing challenges in your relationship go elsewhere.

So we were with our ritual for 2 months…
So we were with our ritual for 2 months are therapists moved on to a different company so they connected us with another therapist, we had one session with her and she then left the company. They put us with another specialist that was not within our time frame that we could attend. We reached out to them and they did not Comp US for bouncing us around and then to add insult to injury they charged us for the month that we said we couldn't meet with the therapist at that time. We never met with anyone the month was only a couple days into it and they still charged us. Wound up having to go to the credit card company and tell them it was fraud. They are so ridiculously unprofessional, I would suggest finding someone else.

DO NOT USE OUR RITUAL THERAPY'S SCAM
I signed up for 1-month couples therapy package, and it was a complete waste. The therapist was extremely unqualified, offering worksheets and pre-recorded sessions from another therapist.
The sessions were too short to be productive—1-on-1s were 15 min, and group sessions were 30 min. They consisted of repetitive, unhelpful questions without the therapist giving any insights.
I was so frustrated by the 3rd session I blatantly said, "You're the therapist; shouldn't you give me insights instead of just asking questions? She then said to do the assignments so she could ask fewer questions, and I said I did them!... she didn’t even check or know that they were completed...
WORST OF ALL: I skipped my final session because it was a waste of time, and I deleted my account and the app. Weeks later, I was charged triple the original amount. I contacted them, mentioning that I had never used the service, logged in, or received a renewal notice, which is illegal under consumer protection laws. At first, they said I’d be refunded since they didn’t even know where the charge came from—only to backtrack two days later, saying that deleting my account didn’t cancel my subscription. Instead, I had to email a hidden address buried in their website. Their cancellation process is misleading, and I would not recommend their services to anyone.
P.S. The fact that I can only leave this review here on Reddit says a lot. It's just another sign of how unethical they are.
