Website implies it is an ethical company giving to charities not a company using a workforce in china. I feel like I have now given money to a company that deals in unfair labour.
I've been waiting since 4 Aug to receive tshirt but not expecting much, wish I had read the reviews first!!

I bought due to ethics advertised of brand. Took many weeks to arrive. Very small and thin cotton with cheap printing... Saved for holiday unfortunately beyond 30 days. Once worn then washed according to instructions. Lost shape and poor after sale care after much chasing. No refund nor contact until chased daily. Avoid. A scam for a company proporting the logo BE Kind! I don't think so.

The Let It Bee t-shirts are lovely & soft and sizing is small but is the best of the bunch. Any other T-shirt is really small made and if you try to return it, good luck! They draw out not giving you returns info. Then draw out any excuse not to refund you. Only by threatening them with a PayPal complaint, did the pay up. However, I did not get the full amount. I can’t get an explanation to that. Don’t buy from them. Save yourself the hassle

VERY EXPENSIVE. Check before buying I'm a size 12 brought large only just fits! To much trouble to sent back you need to pay postage, they are coming from China.THIS IS NOT CLEAR. VERY thin material and transfer on the front. I'm sure you could get the same quality from you local market for a £5
Feel an idiot for falling for this.

I wish I had read these reviews before I ordered from them. My order has not arrived and there was no email acknowledgment. I therefore assumed that something had gone wrong with the order. However, my credit card statement has arrived and, lo and behold, the money for the items has been charged! I have sent a note to the company on their contact page but had no response. I will not be trying to reclaim the money from the credit card company. What a scam. Very disappointed.

I can only echo what others have said - avoid this company! They claim you can return items if unhappy with them, but they do not answer emails and don't provide any contact numbers or address. Certainly not a "green" company either. It's a scam!

Continued issues - Ourearthproject are refusing to issue a refund without return - but refused to provide a return address. When I escalated the dispute with Paypal I was sent a PO BOX address - which will not accept the return of package. Paypal will not resolve dispute now so I am in a no win situation. All my reviews of ourearthproject are deleted from their Facebook and Instagram. Total scam - I will clearly never see my money back but I am so angry.

Orders take ages to arrive. T shirts weren't bad but it's not going to help the planet when they're shipped from China. Only found this out once the order was placed, needless to say I won't be buying from them again

Really bad company to deal with. I ordered 2 T-shirts, when then arrived one was the wrong size. I was asked to return it to them which I did and haven't heard anything back for months.
Also transporting goods from so far away ie China doesn't fit with the green image of the company.
Will never deal with this company again.

It's almost a scam. The cheapest quality t-shirt with a transfer not embroidery sold for £17.99. Having been flown from China there are zero environmental credentials either.

This company are not worth one star but it is the lowest you can score.
If you order from this company then you are a fool.
I placed an order for 2 t-shirts back in April 2020 and to this day they never arrived.
Numerous emails sent, occasionally they would reply and say get in touch with Royal Mail.
Asked for a refund numerous times and nothing.
Thankfully my bank sorted things but they shouldn't have had to.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!

Although I did get the 4 T-Shirts I ordered, I do wish I had checked here first. I felt completely misled by their environmental claims. I paid £17.99 (reduced from £34.99), for each believing some care had been given to their products. I certainly would not have made the purchase if I'd known it was coming from China. The quality was not what I had expected, rather than embroidery, the design is a transfer, which I doubt would survive a wash. I feel disappointed and duped.

AVOID - If I could give this company a minus I would. My t-shirt took 3 weeks to arrive but was not worth the wait at all. I would not have bought if I knew it was being imported from China. The colour, material & style are nothing like advertised. Instead of the nice slug cotton material this is cheap cotton material, it will be amazing if the transfer withstands 1 wash. The neckline is also very high unlike the advert. I paid £17.99, have since found out other sites are selling at half price.

Companies such is this should be banned from social media platform for false advertising.
My t-shirt arrived two days ago, it’s completely a different red to the one advertised, and a rip-off as I could have paid £5 instead of £17.99.

Wish I’d checked here first. After 3-4 weeks of ordering, I finally received my yellow Let it Bee t-shirt. Quality is terrible. Unflattering cut - very wide, baggy and short. Design is a cheap transfer that definitely won’t stand up to much washing. You can only cold wash it too. Despite marketing themselves as an eco company, this has been shipped by container from China, so not sustainable at all. Won’t be wearing this. Complete waste of 17.99.

I ordered two T-shirts after seeing numerous FB ads - though without checking the reviews here first! They arrived today, three weeks after I placed the order, which is roughly on the sort of timescale I was expecting. I like the colours (pale grey and olive green) and they fit fine. However, I’m very disappointed by the quality: it’s nowhere near what I was expecting for the price. They are very expensive for what they are, and while I will wear them out and about I don’t expect they will survive many (cold!) washes.

Unfortunately the current pandemic seems to have encouraged many disreputable companies to cash in on people’s desire to support fair-trade and conservation-linked companies: I’ve been investigating FB ads for jewellery purportedly supporting sea turtle conservation and many of these turn out to be scams. Please don’t buy anything without doing your homework first - caveat emptor!!

Like a lot of the other reviews the t shirt I received did not resemble the image on the website. It is a cheap nasty version with a plastic iron on picture which will probably come off after a couple of washes. Basically I fell for a scam. Please don’t waste your hard earned money. Don’t order from this company.

Agree with other poor reviews and made in China cheaply totally conflicts with so called company ethos. It's merely a cynical marketing tool to part you from your money. Don't be taken in!

I actually did receive the 1 T-shirt I ordered from this company quite recently. However, at cost of £17.99 - reduced from £32+! I had imagined the Bee on the front would be embroidered, I was wrong! That said, due to its proclamation of supporting environmental issues! I would have accepted this overpricing except it was not the soft yellow it purported but this horrible dark and dirty looking mustard colour, which I could and would never wear. I did receive a response asking for a picture, which I sent, but now I'm being blanked! This company says it has a base in UK but cannot find any customer service number (wonder why?) I guess its my own fault! though it appeared a legit company with a secure website. I'm now resigned to being stuck with this disagreeable product and can only warn others that even if your T-shirt arrives, it will be rubbish.
