Dreadful quality printing on the T shirt. I have returned it, but after 4 weeks still have not had a refund. I wish I had read these reviews before I ordered!

I wish I had read the reviews first like so many others. Took weeks and weeks to receive my order and when it turned up it was nothing like the photos, it was an absolutely vile bright yellow with a terrible fit and despite sending several emails and contacting them on Instagram I have yet to receive an appropriate response.

I’m not sure this company are trading fairly and will be looking into it further. Needless to say avoid purchasing from this company.

I have been waiting 10 weeks for a T Shirt! ordered 15th April, emailed customer service after 6 weeks, customer service said wait up-to 40 business days from the date of dispatch, and still no parcel, I checked the tracking, it still hasn’t left the country! and you cant leave negative feedback on there website, it will not get published

I ordered a Yellow Bee T-shirt from OurEarthProject in early June. How I wish I had read their reviews first!!! So far still no order confirmation received despite emailing them. Someone named Kaycee has twice successfully replied to my original email address to say: „ it must be in your junk box, so can you give us an alternative email.“. Twice I told them „No it isn’t !“. Still no order confirmation nor any sign of the product I ordered. I’m afraid I have been had ...I also see the same TShirt on EBay for a third of the price. Anyone know what’s going on here?

nothing like the picture. t-shirt took weeks to arrive, and was primary yellow, poor quality, boxy shape with cheap print. I expect their eco claims are false. Avoid

I ordered a red t-shirt. It needed nearly 20 days to arrive, which is fine for me. I usually wear an M and ordered a S which is fine but a litte short ... hope the colour lasts after washing ...

I also have fell for this. Agree with all the other comnents. Can't give no stars. Ordered in March and received today. Nothing like the photo on their social media. Fuming as it was a present! I want to know which t shirt those on the FB page received.

Poor communication, and it took a long time for product to arrive.
However, when it did arrive the t shirt was v nice and better quality than i was anticipating!

Oh dear. It seems that I too fell foul of their scam. The lure of the fake photo on Instagram was my down fall. I bought a let it bee T-shirt in mustard. Waited 6-7 weeks but of course that’s expected during a global pandemic. T-shirt arrived and the small I ordered was the size of a large, the material was similar to a dish cloth but perhaps not as nicely made as a dish cloth. I’m never one who falls for false advertising but I think I’ve been had. £17 down the drain. I definitely couldn’t wear it in front of people or they would assume I had fallen on seriously hard times and had started makati own T-shirts out of scuzzy dish cloths. Ps. Same T-shirts available on ebay much cheaper so buy one that’s cheaper if you don’t believe me and save some money. But you’re still going to be buying a rag. I put a polite but honest review on instagram and was instantly blocked. Shame on them.

Like others here, I was sadly seduced by beautiful photos on facebook. The rag that arrived wasn't fit for anything - it was not even the correct measurements. I then had to pay for return postage - to a PO Box address - which has not been collected. The only good to come of this is that I was able to pay by Paypal - a service they do not offer anymore 'due to technical issues' - and today received a full refund (excl. return postage sadly). Who else requires the buyer to pay for return postage of a faulty product?

They appear totally dishonest! Deal with them at your peril! Easy to deal with after you have paid and chasing the order. When the cheap rubbish tee shirt arrives which is much smaller than they say it is (in centimetres) You then have to pay postage to return. To a PO Box (which most couriers will not do!) This is to get a refund which never comes. I was refunded by PayPal - BUT NOW THEY DON'T USE PayPal "due to a technical issue" This would be laughable if people were not losing money! STAY AWAY FROM ANY WEBSITE OR PRODUCT LINKED TO THESE PEOPLE

As with others on here, I am never normally a sucker for social media advertising, but at the start of lockdown, I was...!

I wish I could upload the photo of the ‘bee’ t’shirt I received! It is shocking. BRIGHTEST yellow you’ve ever seen and looks like a PE top. The bee motif is a cheap, shiny, iron-on transfer.

Orders are made in China - I waited over 35 days for delivery! They don’t make this explicit on the website.

As for contributing to wildlife charities - utter rubbish. They’re a shambles and a total scam.

The so called ‘sale’ offers the t’shirt for £17.99 - quite honestly, I would not buy this in Primark for a fiver. It’s THAT bad.

The communication is great when you’re chasing your order, but when you are chasing your refund, after sending back the garment as per they requested, over a week later and I am still not receiving any communication.

I am now at the stage of involving the Consumer Ombudsman and issuing them with a Letter of Deadlock.

I hope they’re reading this......!!!

I did something I usually guard against, I was seduced by a pop up on social media. The T shirt from Our Earth Project looked lovely so I ordered it. It took a while to arrive which didn’t worry me too much due to the present situation. It arrived in shoddy packaging which did not contain any paper work, the T shirt is poor quality and not the shade of yellow advertised.

That was 2-3 weeks ago and they still haven’t sent me the returns address in spite of almost daily e mails. DO NOT BUY from this company.
Should have come here first!

My t- shirt took 9 weeks to arrive. The quality was awful, it was shapeless and the colour of a yellow duster! Not the lovely mustard colour advertised on the website.
I returned it and it cost ME money to return!
In addition, the hypocrisy of an Earth conservation company using airmail to fly their products in from China is astounding!
I returned it a fortnight ago and despite several emails (in which they requested proof of posting) which luckily I had, I’m still £17.99 poorer plus postage.
An absolute farce!

I ordered a Bee kind t.shirt after seeing their Instagram page.
I then checked on trust pilot and saw some very negative reviews which worries me.
I did have to contact them to confirm they had received my order as I didn’t receive an email but I did receive my t.shirt within about 2 and a half weeks after ordering.
The t.shirt fitted perfectly and I’m really happy with it and the quality.
I never did receive an email but they did respond quickly when I messaged them on Instagram.

Have emailed the company. No reply.
NOT worth the money and I would be doubtful if the money even goes the the project described

I did have to wait a bit for the delivery but in the current situation i wasnt supprosed. I absolutely love my t shirt and the cotton is so soft. Thank you. X

Please do not use! I wish I had done more ‘digging’ before ordering from this ‘company’ if thats what they are??
I too saw the advertisement on facebook and thought the clothing really cute & that there was an environmental message and was ‘sucked’ in.
Made two orders on same day as a discount code followed the first. So the delays in getting the products is one thing, but I doubt its anything to do with the popularity! or the current situation ‘Covid’. The first item, a light grey sweatshirt is a disappointment and I had not even removed it from the clear plastic it was in. Very cheap fabric, badly shaped due to the odd cut and the plastic print logo on the front was off centre and looked so cheap. It was an immediate return. My second order of two t shirts was a worrying wait, however on turning up they were ‘passable’ so kept. The returns process is a joke, I have never experienced anything like it am out of pocket due to postage and a deduction that was made for re stocking of the item??? They do not answer emails correctly and you have to repeat yourself more than once! I lost count regards the back and forth of queries. Not value for money on any level have had cheaper better designed and quality clothes from the High Street. These guys if genuine on any level do their fellow business owners no favours! I wont be buying from anyone advertising on Facebook or anywhere else small businesses use not worth the risk. I too threatened reports to my credit card company, advised with regards to my Consumer rights and stated would request compensation from Royal Mail if they had not received item.....I returned item 20th may and only 10th June has the refund materialised.

Like others, I wish I had read these reviews before ordering. I have just received my Let it Bee T shirt, direct from China and without a manufacturer's label! How is that supporting the planet? Its a standard, cheap, shapeless, short T shirt which I would actually like to return but that doesn't seem to be an option.

Their supportive Facebook comments cannot be genuine!
