I love these scents. I especially like the oils, and the fact you can get them.in 2ml....the ideal size to pop in a pocket/purse.

Customer service is excellent and the cost is reasonable, especially as they last ages.

The advice on how to mix is appreciated as are the different collections.

Dark oud is my go-to but I also like to mix with others.

Highly recommend.

This company is a disgrace took my order and money on 20 September soppose to be a delivery in three to five working days it was for a birthday gift ten days later still waiting being told there could be delays or delivery lost lie after lie gpo had not received or recorded out for delivery its the 10 of October still no delivery I requested a complete refund now telling yo wait another ten days for a refund outrageous they take your money your lucky if you get your order but they get your money i have reported this company now as a scam no customer service lies lies it may sound so nice this company but buyer beware they take your money avoid

Im beyond disappointed and frankly furious with this company. Back in May I ordered discovery bundle and it took them forever to deliver however since they did apologise and actually deliver the product I brushed it off thinking okay it happens but now It has been NEARLY A MONTH and I still have not received my order that I ordered beginning of September. Every single tracking update says the same thing, and nobody seems to care that I've been left waiting with nothing to show for my money.

When I finally got through to customer service, I was told they'd send a replacement out first class. Great, I thought, finally some action. But guess what? That one hasn't arrived either! So now I've been messed around TWICE, with two orders that have vanished into thin air.

Nobody has been able to give me a straight answer, a proper apology, or any kind of real solution. It's just excuse after excuse and empty promises. How hard is it to get a parcel from A to B?

I've wasted so much time and energy chasing this up, and the lack of care is staggering. If you're thinking of ordering from here, DON'T. Save yourself the stress, because you might never see your order at all.

I gave this Company 1 star because
1. The fragrances they sent were very masculine. I dealt with ERIK one of the rudest, most arogant people ive ever dealt with in a Customer Service role.
2. He TOLD me i was wrong he TOLD me they were unisex.
3. I politely requested a sample of their most feminine fragrance they sent THE SAME COLLECTION again. I didn't ask or didn't want. So I returned AT MY COST the same day.ERIK offered a REFUND I accepted. I then must must have sent 5/6 emails confirming my KLARNA ref No which takes 2mins to cross ref all my address details etc.
4. ERIK then sent out some random samples to a Middlesborough address and said I had requested them.I 💯 DID NOT! At this point my anxiety and stress levels were so high - recovering from a stroke AND a Spinal injury was making me poorly. I requested POLICE to be involved immediately. Funnily enough at that point my REFUND to KLARNA was satisfied.
Totally unnecessary and unprofessional..unbelievable the way ERIK handled this very simple situation. The worst Co ive EVER dealt with. I gave a detailed account so there was no confusion or people thinking I was being unfair !!!!😡😡😡

I ordered Elixir perfumes for almost £70. The parcel never arrived and whenever I'm trying to contact them I get automated response wait 10 working days. No option to speak to a real person. I will have to dispute the transaction with my bank

Really amazing quality and longvivity of the oil smell. Really find their mist compelling scent spice oud. Had a recent issue where a shipment did not arrive and their customer service immediately send a replacement. Highly recommended.

Scam! My order never arrived, but they charged me for 1st class delivery with Royal Mail!

I don’t write many reviews but I had to for this. I have bought from them for years and my favourite is rose oud, it smells out of this world. Unlike any other fragrances I’ve bought before. I get compliments from it from almost everyone I meet. The only thing I’d ask this company to work on would be expanding their rose oud collection to include shower gel, shampoo and laundry detergent haha. I have completed the rose oud collection and can’t wait for their next drop :)
Also I saw a few bad reviews regarding their shipping, all I can say is I live in London and always receive my delivery within 2-4 days, via Royal Mail.
Lastly just wanted to thank the owners and staff for making this scent, it’s become more than a fragrance, it’s now a lifestyle ;)

Easy to order. Lovely products. Long lasting and you only need a tiny bit. Very luxurious scent. Rich and heady. Lots to choose from. Quick delivery and no problems. I’ve ordered a couple of the sample sets and the larger sprays. So that’s 3 orders fulfilled.

I absolutely love Oud Attar’s fragrances! I discovered them online after searching for and trying so many Arabic oud perfumes, but I kept finding that a lot of them used artificial oud that smelled quite metallic and cheap. I was longing for something warmer, richer and spicier and then I found Oud Attar.

Their perfumes are absolutely incredible. They’re rich, warm, spicy and smell genuinely expensive. They have that luxurious depth I was looking for without being overpowering, yet they’re surprisingly long-lasting. I also love that they’re unisex, so there’s something really versatile about the collection.

I bought the discovery set and couldn’t pick a favourite because I loved them all! I’ll 100% be back to purchase and would absolutely recommend Oud Attar to anyone looking for beautiful, luxurious oud fragrances. ❤️

These little bottles of oil are a game changer.and they give you great advice on which ones to mix together for certain occasions plus this means you get treble the scents! Everytime i wear these scents i get stopped and asked what perfume i have on, on my first day of using these my boss walked into the office and said 'wow what's that exotic smell" haha I was the only one in.at the time haha I love these so much, you only need a little bit and the scent stays put for 24 hours, the six little bottles have a roll on top and so last for ages and are great for a hand bag and holidays etc ,.less is more! Thank you for all the attention I get from these bottles of magic!

Just got my Tahara bottle and some samples. Everything is way beyond my expectations! For the price I expected pretty simple Arabic mixes, but composition appeared to be quite interesting.

The samples in the selection are varied and the oils are very good quality. Each scent has an opulence that is hard to describe with words. Ranging from sweet to sultry, each scent is unique and they all sit well on the skin. More than that, they last for hours and they rarely need refreshing. Very happy with my purchase and I recommend trying the selection samples to see which scent sits well on your skin.

I stumbled into the joy of oud a few years ago with their collection offer online that I luckily had in my feed one morning I’ve never stopped wearing the different fragrances & have always had compliments & the best is the new suggestions that come to layer their differences it’s magical

I'm so happy that I got these - each of these perfume oils are beautiful, and wearing any one of them gives me a lift and makes me feel a little more feminine. As a wheelchair user, feeling good about myself when I go out can be hard work sometimes, but Oud just made that easier. The service was excellent, and I thoroughly recommend them.

To start with, like all ads on social media sometimes you can be a bit weary but I was also intrigued about Oud products so I purchased the discovery pack, six little 2ml bottles of the range, order cam a few days later. The bottles came with a great rollerball top so you don't waist a drop & they smell absolutely stunning, you can also use two different bottles say Dark oud for behind the ears & neck, rose or sweet oud for the wrists, they bounce of each other & harmonies into what i can only say make me feel like an Arabian prince, it follows you around all day. I can't thank Oud Attar enough for there fantastic service, feel blessed to become part of the Oud Attar family look forward to trying new ones.

I tried 6 different fragrances, and I genuinely can’t decide which one is my favorite. I apply a small amount to my neck and wrists in the morning, and the scent lasts all day.
Definitely recommended!

Ordered the discovery selection then read the reviews and was a little worried I wouldn't get it.
Shouldn't have worried as there was enough email communication and delivery info and didn't wait long either.
Wow is all I can say, transported me back to when I lived in Dubai nearly 30 years ago and spending lots of time in the old town and souqs. Although the bottles are very tiny , one roll of the oil on the inner wrist and back of the ear was enough to leave the longest and most exquisite scent. I couldn't believe how strong it was and how long it lasted. Absolutely love it and will definitely buy more.

Some time ago I ordered the selection of samples pack. Out of them all I preferred the spice. I had several compliments from people asking me what it was, from friends to retail assistants. So my sister bought me the larger bottle of oud spice oil. BUT although the smell appears to be the same within 1 hour the smell has gone completely. So disappointed and will not order again.

Love these fragrances. SO long lasting. People always ask what I am wearing. I have bought a couple of the discovery sets for myself and for my adult sons who both now have a favourite that they wear all the time. I also bought the diffuser in Spiced Oud as a Christmas gift and his bedroom still smells beautiful.
