I asked about returning an order that was not fitting me correctly. Ornella responded. They said to keep the three dresses that I didn’t want because they couldn’t afford to send me the postage to return them. Then they added that I should send them pictures of 3 additional caftans to replace them as screenshots that I could receive free of charge instead of issuing me a refund for the 3 that fit me poorly. They also included measurements of the different styles they sell. I don’t think those measurement were readily found when choosing items to order. In the past I’ve ordered 7 different patterns of their classic or original style caftans. It’s hard to believe they’re offering me to keep the ones I have that don’t fit me and give them away to friends and then pick out 3 more that do fit me like the ones I already have. I can’t figure out how to take 3 screenshots from their online catalog and send them to what address? The outside packaging’s return address is someone who lives in Florida….

I was not happy with my purchase. i did not try to return because of having to pay return postage and perhaps other issues that could arise trying to get my money back. The dresses may very well be good for others but just not for me.

I am enjoying the robes I purchased. They are great fabric with nice rich colours.

The loose, soft flowing viscose caftans are very comfortable to wear and especially ideal for the warm summer temperatures, both inhouse and outdoors.
Colors and designs on the fabric are very attractive and delightful to the eye.
It was a pleasure to do business with the company which I found truly accessible and accommodating .

The short caftans one size fits all are no where near the same size as the long caftans one size fits all. Both long and short caftans purchased from Ornella.

Perfect garment for the summer months, for holidays away or around the house

I had ordered quite a few dresses with no problems. Now I’m trying to figure out how to order again, but cannot get it in English. It’s all in French. They tell me to go on line, and order from the US. There’s no way I’m ordering from the US. So I guess I’m not going to be able to order anymore. Anyone else having this problem.

If I could give zero stars I would. This company is a joke.
Attempting to return an item and they will not provide return address to send.
Then tell me that I dont need to return and my refund is being issued.
Then tell me there was confusion and it wasnt my order that was being refunded.
They have got no clue what they are doing.
I have never experienced such poor customer service.
I will be ensuring that I get the message across to as many people as possible that they are a despicable company.

The caftan is lovely, exactly as advertised. Fabric is cool & soft. Style is flattering, casual smart. The short caftan dress length is perfect for petite.. delivery to UK isn't quick of course, close to 3 weeks.

Was a little unhappy with the delivery time but, after sending a couple of emails, I received my kaftans. I am pleasantly surprised with the quality and feel of the material. I was a little concerned about the fit, but they fit very well and feel soft and comfortable. Thanks to Sophia for getting patient and courteous responses. I would definitely recommend buying these, I feel that they are value for money 😊

I went for 2 dresses plus one free after liking my first dress so much. So comfy to throw on especially in this heat! I received only one. I contacted the company and emailed with Sophie who had the 2 others with me within a few days. Lovely product and excellent customer service!
