I ordered 3 caftans from this company 2 months ago as gifts. I have not received any of them. I have not been able to get a refund either. When I email them they promise they will expedite another shipment and refund 25%. Neither happens. One time they sent it to New Jersey instead of Oklahoma! I am beyond frustrated. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. Ornella cannot be trusted. I wasted my hard earned money. Never again!

I purchased 3 Kaftans and 6 dress Kaftan with pockets. I have just come back from Malta and found the materials cool and easy to wear. Dresses during the day and Kaftan full length for evenings. Both are very versatile and when packing found then light . This year it was my husband that took to many clothes. Will be buying again in the near future.

I bought 3 caftans. They don’t fit. I’ve waited a month for instructions on how to return the items and get a refund. I don’t think Ornella is a reputable company.

I bought several of these caftans using one of the offers available at the time. I can’t express how pleased I am that I bought several. I have just come out of hospital after a big operation and needed some loose clothing to wear while recuperating. On top of that the heatwave was on and normal clothing would have been stifling.
The fabric is so soft and cool, very flattering design and beautiful colours and patterns. I would absolutely recommend!

A lovely caftan to wear on hot humid days around the house, or the shorter dress anywhere for a colorful alternative. Affordable !

Product are great and quality and service is professional and trustworthy

There were massive problems with the delivery and I became very frustrated. However, when the kaftans finally arrived I was very pleased. They were lovely. Once I’d ‘de-stressed’ I had to admit they were worth the wait. I’ve given three stars worked on the basis of 5 for the product and 1 for delivery etc.

Ordering was simple and using the tracking feature allowed me to follow shipping of my package…this was my first order with Ornella and I highly recommend ….the workmanship, quality, packaging and pricepoint of items were amazing….well done Cornella ….

Their caftans are lovely, however their customer service is sadly lacking! I bought 2 caftans and got one free. When they arrived I did not like the pattern and one of the caftans had an odd shape to it. I contacted customer service and asked if I could return the caftans and would choose 3 different ones. The person said someone would contact me in 7 days to tell me where to return the caftans. We are now well past the 7 days I was asked to wait. I have emailed asking what I should do and have not heard back from them. If you buy anything from Ornella caftan know that they won’t accept returns. I won’t be buying from them again.

I love the color and the material is very light to wear

I have worn both of my new dresses, they fit nice, comfortable and perfect for the warm weather. Great quality too.

This is my 3rd order with the 2 previous being quite satisfactory price wise and timely delivery (I live in a more isolated area of Canada) with shipping costs included. I LOVE the patterns and the quality is fitting with the price range. I await the new line of shorter dresses with anticipation.

These are comfortable flattering designs. So far I’ve bought six and gifted them to friends. They’ve been ecstatic!

I am a senior with some health issues so I don't go out much. Your caftans and dresses are just what I need to wear around the house without looking like I'm in pajamas !
One thing that you could maybe consider are short people. I am under 5 feet and a bit rounded in the edges so better proportioned clothes would be an asset. I have had to shorten the caftans so I don't trip.

The quality and selection of the various dresses. I have also gifted few dresses to my sister and friend ( took advantage of the buy 2 get one free sale) The prompt delivery was also helpful!

I bought three caftans and they are absolutely fabulous. So comfortable and very reasonably priced. They feel lovely.

I love my new Ornella caftan! The print and the colors are beautiful and I'm very pleased with the feel of the fabric. I am an apple body shape and anyone who has ever tried to dress an apple knows how trying that can be! I was worried about the One Size fit for no reason. It feels great. I've worn it once and already received compliments. I've already ordered another.
