Cheaper prices. Very good support. Airlines recommended a rescheduling due to typhoon. Customer support team helped me quickly to accommodate me in another flight without any additional costs. Definitely recommend them.

Extremely disappointed with my experience. I booked through Orient Vacations and had to request a refund due to medically unfit to travel. I provided multiple medical documents to support the request, yet it was still rejected.
What made the experience even worse was the lack of communication. It took more than six weeks to receive a response, and during that time I had to repeatedly follow up for updates. No clear explanation was provided, and there was little empathy shown despite the genuine medical circumstances.
As a loyal Singapore Airlines customer, I have never been in this situation before and expected a much more compassionate and transparent process. Instead, the entire experience was stressful, frustrating, and disappointing.
Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Orient Vacations. If you ever need assistance with changes or refunds due to unforeseen circumstances, don’t expect timely communication or customer-focused service.

While we appreciate the time and effort you took to provide the supporting medical documents, the final decision regarding eligibility for a refund waiver rests solely with the airline. Unfortunately, based on the documents submitted, the request did not meet the airline’s criteria for a refund approval.
We truly appreciate your understanding, as this matter is determined by the airline and is unfortunately beyond our control.
