Great storage, great and speedy service. Is going up in cost which is making it increasingly high price vs. competitors.
We needed storage for my daughter's belongings during the final month of her new home completion. Optima provided a very reasonably priced offer for a 20ft container. The container was very clean with... See more

A thumbs up from me
I have used a number of units over the years and these were a cut above the rest.
Friendly helpful service and the units were pristine. Highly recommend.

Fantastic service from Alex
Fantastic service from Alex, always very helpful. The container I used for over a year and a half was spotlessly clean and kept all my house furniture, including a car, clean and dry.
Couldn't recommend highly enough.
Thanks Alex

100% Recommend!
We needed to store most of the contents of our three bed house while we were waiting to move into our new home. Contacted Optima Self Store and they were brilliant. We found them to be the best priced for the size of the storage unit we needed (20ft), with the added bonus that we could access the unit 24/7 and it was ground floor level, so no messing about with lifts or dragging things up the stairs. The unit itself was really clean and secure so we didn't have to worry about the safety of our things.
Alex is the only member of staff I have spoken to and she has always been extremely friendly and really helpful.
I would definitely use them again in the future and would recommend them to anybody looking for a self storage unit!

Having called a number of storage…
Having called a number of storage companies Optima were the cheapest, be aware some companies will match them for the first month and then double the price. Alex was great to deal with and nothing was too much trouble. Thank You

Put your mind (and your belongings) at rest
The initial meeting to set everything up could not have been simpler.
The unit was a good size and the temperature constant, meaning that my mattress and clothes were all ok when they can out of storage.
When terminating the contract, everything was straight forward and the whole process was dealt with very efficiently.
Would highly recommend this service.

1st class service
Optimal self store has been amazing. Alex went above and beyond to help me when I was moving home and needed to use storage during the transition. They enabled me to use a bigger unit but downsize as I started to need less space. The site is easy to use, very secure and felt extremely safe! The deposit was refunded as soon as I returned the key. Great service and great company. I would highly recommend and use them again. Thanks. Joanne
