Outstanding service and facilities from start to finish. Site is very secure with excellent 24/7 access. Container was spotlessly clean and obviously very spacious. Communication with Alex was easy, swift and always helpful, thank you Alex.

Absolutely spot on service from Alex. Helpful from day one to the day I had to hand the container back. Containers were really good quality and none of the items I had stored there suffered. Can't recommend it highly enough.

I didn't use Optima in the end as I managed to move house in one chain after all. Before this, when I didn't know what would be happening and it was all a bit stressful, the person I spoke with at Stamford was very flexible, kind and helpful.

Needed to rent storage. Agent was there at agreed time, nice clean unit, explained the locking and access processes, signed the paperwork and all done in 10 minutes.

Great service from start to finish. The unit was perfect, easy access whenever I needed it and very secure.
Alex met me there initially to go through the process which was brilliant and very friendly.
I cancelled my unit last night as I had finally emptied it of my house stuff. I notified Alex and she advised me where to leave the key. Deposit and remaining months money returned and in the bank within 2 hours.

We needed storage for my daughter's belongings during the final month of her new home completion. Optima provided a very reasonably priced offer for a 20ft container. The container was very clean with no access restriction for the high sided removal truck to maneuver on moving day. A secure locking mechanism ensure piece of mind. Access is 24/7 via a mobile phone. To add to security access to the small trading estate after hours is via a locked gate (code provided). I would highly recommend Optima.

A very quick response for price and availability was followed up on my acceptance for a storage unit at Melton Mowbray.The unit was demonstrated to me by Alex, I have today moved my items onto site without any problems and am very satisfied,thank you.

We needed dry and secure storage at short notice and Optima came through for us the container was on a secure site it was clean and dry inside the container we were also provided with a secure lock for the doors! When we left we informed them we had emptied and swept out the container and put the key into the returns box, they returned our deposit within a couple of hours! Highly recommend Optima Storage!

These are the best most secure and high quality containers, which are situated in a good location and well organised.
They are a little more expensive than other companies, but my saying is " quality pays- cheapness only delays ".
Finally I am very security conscious and peace of mind is no 1 for me.
