Totally unprofessional - spent 1.5 hours having scans completed to be told they were not good enough and that I needed to return again as they did not have time to complete the process in the same day - sorry but it’s not my fault that the people taking the scans were incompetent

Had eye surgery in 2010
Had eye surgery in 2010, been so happy with my vision since. Haven't had had a test in a while so popped in to book one but was taken right through and helped by Caitlin and Donna. Very happy with the service and the test conducted by Cynthia. Great experience!

Totally brilliant service and results
My whole experience from initial consultation to the surgery and then post op checkup has been perfect. I had my consultation with Ann at Chester to discuss my options. Extreme professional and knowledgeable and once I had the treatment options there was no hard sell or pressure, which was a huge a relief. The operation at Liverpool went perfectly smooth and all staff were caring and professional. Exceptional service as well as Ann in Chester was Kevin the surgery manager. Both went above and beyond to ensure my procedure went completely smoothly. Am really overjoyed with the results and would highly recommend the lens replacement procedure for anyone considering it. I saw it as an investment for my future because I had begun to have age related deterioration. Well done everyone at optical exoress

Super team
My consultation was with Heather, who was absolutely lovely, very thorough and made me feel very comfortable about having the procedure.
I met Andras on the day of my procedure and again, he made me feel very relaxed, he was very professional, and explained everything to me in a to the point and simple way to understand.
I had the procedure and it was painless, quick. Everyone was very caring.
My 6 week check I was greeted by Adrian, smiley, very chatty, again, made me feel at ease.
Although, my surgery, didn’t go straight forward, and I need some tweaking. Andras, was amazing at making me feel very relaxed and clam. Thorough, great explanation of everything, and I’m looking forward to going back to see the Maidstone team!

Lens Replacement
My partner and I recently visited the Nottingham branch of Optical Express. All the staff were amazing, they made you feel comfortable throughout the appointment. We initially saw the manager Sharon who had great knowledge about lens replacement which my partner had in April of this year. I had lens replacement 10 years ago at the Manchester branch of Optical Express, my surgeon was Joe Karthikappali. I would definitely recommend Optical Express if you are thinking about having lens replacement.

what can I say I wish I had done it sooner, from the time I arrive for my appointment Sue @ St Albans she has been fantastic, had a few issues with other appointments and she sorted it all out for me, monishaa has been Fantastic also, my vision is my new eyes. Sue in St Albans was absolutely fantastic, making the process super easy and she's so so friendly especially as I was super nervous through the whole process. She made me feel very comfortable. Sajjad Mughal my surgeon was equally great and talked me through the entire thing and made the whole thing a doodle. definitely recommend and the change it has made for me!
