Very disappointing after-sales service – no return instructions provided
I am very disappointed with the after-sales service of Bassol Optic.
I received my order B182093 and I would like to return one pair of sunglasses. I have contacted customer service several times by email and live chat, requesting the return instructions, return address, and any required return form.
Despite my repeated requests, I have not received the necessary information to complete my return. I am worried that my return period could expire because of the lack of response from the company.
I paid for my order and I expect my consumer rights to be respected. I hope Bassol Optic will contact me and provide the return instructions as soon as possible.

I ordered a pair of Ray-Ban Meta Skyler glasses with prescription lenses, and I absolutely love them! My prescription was followed perfectly, and the team even asked me to send a copy of my optometrist’s prescription so they could double-check the values I had entered. The item was in stock, shipped promptly and arrived exactly as expected. I've worn several near-identical styles of these Hugo Boss frames and since they've become harder to find I purchased these for future use. Great that Bassol still had inventory.

First of all, we would like to clarify something you probably know about the marketing of counterfeit goods. Especially in Europe, selling counterfeit products is a criminal act and is prosecuted by the authorities. Therefore, this accusation deeply damages our image as a company and is totally unjustified.
If you believe that our products are not 100% original, we recommend that you contact an official European body to file a complaint. In this way we will be able to prove the origin of each and every one of the units sold in our points of sale.
