Mixed opinions
+ Their service is decent. They guided me a car that suits my needs.
- There was a miscommunication regarding my addres situation, which ended up me wasting a couple hours not being able to get the purchased vehicle on that same day.
+ I would say they were very helpful in helping me sorting out the matter and one of their staff also wasn't happy with the delay that occurred, so she ended up reporting the matter, which I do appreciate.
They even went above and beyond by getting my new car cleaned before I start using it, and they topped my the fuel (only up to half way though)
Overall, they are a very helpful team that needs to work on communicating with one another

I did appreciate de service the timing…
I did appreciate de service the timing but the only problem was the robot voice that took me more than 20 minutes more than the one to one conversation it’s not about the accent because it was yes or not answer.
Fixing that is going to make things quicker .
When they gave me on phone someone it took just less than 3 minutes.
