Easy to order. Good prices. I ordered a pair of jeans. The product details stated they had a button fly. Something slightly different I thought. Unfortunately when they arrived they had a zip like all my other jeans. It does make me doubt the description of your clothing. That said I got the jeans in your sale & they are a good fit & colour.

It’s now the 15th of July I have received a refund however 2 colleagues on your live chat has confirmed that the address is correct the house number and address, so please don’t come on your reviews to say it’s not correct.. it would be nice to of received a 50 percent discount in the future)
I’m very disappointed.. I typed in the house number where it said house number and my address where it showed address. I purchased 2 dresses one for myself and one for my mum for a party she was going too. I received an email saying the parcel couldn’t be delivered because of an incorrect address and is being sent back to the sender. I have emailed yourself on live chat as well as I couldn’t speak to a human. Please come back to me what can you do for me as this clearly isn’t my fault. If you can check I clearly put the house number in that section. We really needed the dresses for yesterday at least now it’s sent back to yourselves. I buy from ASOS only dresses.. but this was my first experience from only.com website.
(Only.com have come back by email to say it was at a delivery depot when it was my house address on the parcel please look into this for me no one is helping the situation. As stated I typed in the house number and address. STILL NOT RESOLVED 13TH OF JULY)

As we informed you privately, we have already taken all the steps we could to help resolve this situation. We arranged your refund before the parcel had even returned to our warehouse, and we also provided you with a discount code as a gesture of goodwill.
Unfortunately, we are not able to offer a 50% discount for orders that are returned by the carrier. The discount code we previously sent is the maximum compensation we can provide in this case.
We have also submitted a complaint to the carrier regarding the delivery issue. As the carrier was unable to locate your address, we can also recommend that you contact them directly to file a complaint from your side, we have done from our side.
We truly regret that your first experience did not meet your expectations and understand how disappointing this has been. However, beyond the refund and the discount code already provided, we are unable to offer any additional compensation.

Return issues
Got the item quickly, but returning it has bexome quite dificult. Easy enough to register, but you get option between returning it where you picked up the package and just show/scan qr code easily downloaded then and there or geting a return label, having to print it (don't have a printer) and returning it that way. I cose qr code (again, don't have printer) i did not see anywhere that it only applies in denmark before i got to the menu of locations to chose to return it. At that point i stooed the process and tried to go back to cjmhose the retuen label option. That was now impossoble because i had chosen the qr code - it now had the ordernumber/item "locked" to the qr code. Next day tried to ask for help via chat. Only a bot repeating the initial process now rendered impossible for my situation. No human. Found an emailadress assuming it would reach a human. It did not - at least the response was the exact same message as the bot - automatic respons to "key" words of my email request. It helped as little as the chat bot, but i did say something like: if this answer doesn't help, respond to this email. In other words, sen another email! I have requested now in the second email to reach a human thst can acually help le before it is to late for the reurn. Still awaiting response..

Quality has deteriorated
Quality has deteriorated in the last few years. The same products are now thin and less well sewn. (T-shirts. I still love their jeans, hence the 3 *).
When you pay for delivery and return, not worth it.

Deceitful advertising
They mark jeans as "high waist" and it's 25cm even with longest length of jeans (L34). When I order high waisted pants I expect 28-32cm length of waist height, which is common for high waist. Length under 27cm is considered mid waist. Keep this in mind when buying jeans from this brand, so you don't get disappointed when your order arrives.
