I purchased a property at auction with a very tight 20-day completion deadline. I initially planned to take out a bridging loan and spoke with several brokers who all gave me different quotes. However, once I discussed my case with Luke at Online Mortgage Advisor, everything changed.

Luke quickly understood the complexities of my situation — including the property type, flying freehold, and my Visa status, all of which limited the number of available lenders. Despite these challenges, he analysed my conditions thoroughly and, on his first attempt, found the right lender offering the highest LTV compared with anyone else and by securing a mortgage instead of a bridging loan, I ended up saving at least £3,000, something that wouldn’t have been possible without their guidance.
