Received an empty parcel with a commercial invoice stuck to the envelope for a toy worth £56.98… this company reply to bad reviews saying they have nothing to do with this as they are simply a courier service, however Atul Bhakta who has over 18 companies trading from the Pump Lane address including wholesale trade is undoubtedly involved in the scam ‘Brushing’ where your data is sold to provide false orders that they can use for false reviews - usually on Amazon etc…. Total breach of darts protection… will be following this up
Never ordered parcel andd charge.
Received a parcel from them, with a commercial invoice for £11.98 for enclosed 2 white trainer laces 105cm long weighing 0.015 kg which I have never ordered. There was no information other than return to one world house pump lane hayes and my mobile phone number, according to GDPR they must provide me with whom I have given permission for them to receive this data, So this is asking for this, bet I never get it.

Cheap rubbish scam
Today a cheap rubbish kids keyring arrived via royal mail/One world Express. Valued supposedly at a laughable £9.99, not worth 0.9p. Never ordered this, checked ebay/amazon, nothing matches. Is this a scam? I shall report to Citizens Advice Consumerline/Trading Standards. This is not acceptable practice.

A new form of scam?
I have received a small parcel containing goods I did not order and which has not been charged to any of my cards. I was not asked to sign for it. The contents (a poor quality piece of black fabric described as 'cycling headgear') do not match the value given for customs purposes as £23.44.
I tried to contact them on three occasions but the customer services desk defaulted to an answering machine each time.
I have returned the parcel back to sender, and obtained a postage receipt for it.
I am deeply suspicious as they have my correct address and my phone number.
Anyone else come across this outfit?
Just heard that this looks very like what is called a "brushing" scam which is intended to use the consignee's details to provide fake favourable product reviews.

They are lying about multiple attempted deliveries
Upon checking the tracking number of my parcel it says that oneworldexpress tried to deliver it to my address on 7 consecutive days. There is also a time of attempted deliveries recorded and in 6 out of 7 times I was at home! They are obviously not truthful. Three of those apparent attempts to deliver the parcel were at strange times - 06:11 AM, 06:33 AM and 06:50 AM - but I was still at home.
3 weeks since the order and still waiting.

However it looks like someone has deleted the record of the attempted deliveries already.
It is very disappointing that the driver did not ring my flat even once on those multiple occasions so that I could open the gate for the driver - this is what all the other delivery companies do. Looks like I will not receive my parcel in the end because of driver’s incompetence.
Are you planning to deliver it again using different company to Yodel or are you sending it back to the USA?!
To the shouting lady on the phone who was giving excuses for the driver:
I contacted the USA seller and they say the parcel is already en route to them and they can do nothing about it because, as you’ve happily informed me, you already processed the return.
I wish I could have given you a zero star.

been two months now I’ve emailed customer service. One tee shirt from the USA that’s it I don’t know why the delay is and it’s been at London Heathrow for two weeks now don’t think I’ll receive it till next year - IF I GET IT!

After several emails and 2 phone calls at last my parcel is on its way. However there is still no explanation regarding it being shown as delivered when it was back at hayes.
Horrible courier
Horrible courier. My package kept being listed as delivery attempted/delivery unsuccessful, despite there clearly never being an attempt. I was home all day on every "attempt", there was never a knock at the door or a card left. Ended up just getting a refund from Amazon because my package is clearly never going to arrive.

After ordering my sons' sneakers online with AMAZON, who by the way completely screwed up the address details by leaving off the house number, (at least this was what the initial courier, IPARCEL relayed) therefore, the courier, I-PARCEL, claimed item could not be delivered. I called I-PARCEL, and they were quick to hand off the problem to ONE WORLD EXPRESS. I called and maybe was waiting on the line for someone to sort it out and within a few minutes, I was transferred to YASMIN ELIAS, who happens to be a customer service manager. Let me say this, ONE WORLD EXPRESS, you have made a fine choice in making her a manager! The buck passing literally stopped with her! She is amazingly proficient and expediate in rectifying these cluster messes. Although I was upset that I had to pay £10 for it to be re-delivered, her assistance with an immediate email with instructions, then thereafter, SEVERAL other emails informing on next steps. She even put the delivery for next day service! She has made this whole fiasco a happy ending. Next time shipping to me ftom anywhere, I will certainly be looking into the companies that she is associated with because if everyone is as efficient as she is, then, am sure it turn out well!! HUGE THANK YOU YASMIN ELIAS!! Too many bad reviews out there to miss oportunities to write a good one!!

I've had to issue so many refunds due to customers not receiving their parcels or them being ridiculously late that I don't use these guys anymore. You can't even track it, it just says 'In transit', well I know it's in transit and has been for the last month, I want to know WHERE in transit it is and whether it's actually moved out of your warehouse. 6 or 7 weeks and they still haven't arrived, I'm not sending them to the moon for Christ's sake.
Really bad.

only 2 have reached there destination through parcel to go
who are also very unhelpful
when trying to track all it says is in transit or at depot
i send 100s of parcels a month all same size and virtually the same weight

Cheap and Sometimes Effective, Save Money, Lose Money....Risky Company to use.
I use Parcel2go.com for the best prices available.
One World Express are 90% the best prices.
Issues arise when tracking details are not complete and customers are able to say "Its not arrived" Yeah of course, Paying UPS £22 a parcel would be ideal but not for my business.
Simple, Get France and Spain sorted out with scanning of your parcels.

I wish the tracking on your website was better cause personally I find it rather useless. I would like it to be more detailed such as saying whether or not my package has arrived in the UK and where it is in the system. Is there anyway you can make those changes?
Edit: To my total surprise - but also delight of course - I received my package today. I wasn´t expecting it because it showed absolutely nothing when I tried to track it through their website. Thank you so much but I still wish you would make the changes to your tracking system though ;-)

Warning - Do not use!
I used this service to send a package from the UK to USA. The expected delivery date was 8th November. It is now 26th November and still had not been delivered. I phoned the London office and just spoke to a lady who was extremely unhelpful and so rude. Her level of customer service was nil and was not apologetic at all about they lengthy delay. She did not want to own to any responsibility about the delay but instead blamed me for the delay. She said that the package I sent was almost 4kg which was untrue. I have an online shop and sell many of the same item. I weigh all my packages correctly and not once had any issues, and not once had any companies questioning my weight. So I know for a fact my scales are correct. If it was 4kg I would have felt the weight instantly by carrying it. Anyway, the lady was not listening to me at all. She was rude, aggressive, accusing me of wrong doing and did not want to help at all. I will never use this service again due to the horrible customer service, their incorrect scales, and the delay the had caused.

My package from the UK to Portugal has been stuck somewhere in the Netherlands for a week now with no further progress. It was sent almost two weeks ago. I have sent an e-mail and received no response whatsoever. This company is a ghost to me. I'm believing my items are gone by the hands of this fraudulent company. Buying international is becoming harder and harder with the services becoming more expensive and with a much worse quality especially when new crappy companies pop up every once in a while.. I used to buy a lot, but right now I started to avoid receiving anything by mail. It's just not worth the headaches.
